Gold coast race 5 today, Looks like elvis goes around again. Decent field so it is backable. Opened up at 7.50 and is now about $4. Watch him fly home.

William Hill and Crown have merged to become Beteasy. Somehow they found a William Hill account that I'd lost access to and given up on and merged it withmy Crown account. I thought it had about $20 in it. It had $80 so that was a nice suprise. Then I put the $20 welcome bonus bet on the Titans at $2.75. Just the multi left to go Tigers, Sharks,Warriors, Roosters

What were they paying to lose 19+. The way my wekend punt went I'm glad I didn't see this till it was too late.

I know aye! There wasn't even an option for that. Biggest start you could have taken was 13+ @ $9.
Shocking bet in hindsight - apologies. I listened to one of the Taranaki players on the radio yesterday and he said the team had only trained to tether for 1 week prior to the game. I.e. they were basically just chucked together for the day. I had no idea as Im not really following this comp. Shouldn't have posted the bet....
On that note, not a tip, but I wonder if the Roosters are good value this week? Seems like a virus is going round the Broncos team, Keary back, and perhaps a Roosters bounce back on the cards after losing to the Raiders?
Roosters by 12+ $2.5 looks tempting.
Back to the Rugby, Both tournament favs in the tire ten cup got walloped on the weekend. Just the first round though and I think it'll be a porr indication of where teams end up. For that reason I think you are getting good value on Canterbury (who have won the thing 9 out of the last 10 years) @ $3 is great money. Taranaki, the only other winner in ten years @ $6 is pretty tempting too. I might try to watch a couple games this week and put down some fun money for the season!
