I'll be happy if Teddy can score the first try, then score the last try and thus win man of the match.
That last try from Teddy can let NSW win by 1-6 please.

Couple of tips for Randwick today. I'm a bit hit and miss tbh
Race 2, no 3 - I like the track for him. Likes it heavy and can chase hard
Race 7, no 8 - patchy but has some smart looking pace. A bit rough but worth at look at the longer odds

Fuck me VK, it's hit the front top of the straight and stretched right out looking the winner and nabbed on the line ! Almost, so so close.

Re: The Betting Thread
bets tonight.
Teddy MOTM.
Last try TTurbo
Some pick the scores and the most unlikely NSW +13.
I just can't bet on anything that's not blue.
Let's go Tedesco

Another longer term bet I think is good value are the Kiwi's in the ODI World Cup at around $9's.
Swinging conditions will suit and they have a pretty settled and in form team to take over.
Felt a little dirty backing the Kiwi's so I backed the Aussies too (who are pretty good value as well given the team on paper).
Pom's and Indians way too short and not that good.
I hope some of you blokes took my advice.....particularly if the Aussies (who were $6 at the time) get up tonight too!
Disregard the bit about the Pom's if they happen to win tonight.....

I know its short odds but I like England for the world cup. I've taken them @ $3. My hunch is that the Kiwis flop. I dont like the direction the new coach is going in - its basically play it safe at the beginning , build a platform and then explode at the end. 2 problems with that. 1 - high scoring in England means you need to take the runs at the beginning. 2 - I dont think we have the talent to explode at the end.
I actually like Pakistan as a roughie. Can pick them up at $10 in NZ.
The above was my reply to you lol. Looks like we both did ok. Hopefuly you hedged and took some profit.
Absolutely hollow victory bet win for me though.
I had some decent coin on England to win, and also I multi'd up on the Crusaders + England + Roosters (all tournament wins). Effective odds I now have on the Roosters is $60. Just gotta hope they make the GF and I'll cash on that though.
All that said, I was absolutely gutted for the Kiwis. Posted in the other thread, but that deflection that gifted England a bonus 4 runs and enabled them to get it to an extra over, coupled with the fact that the match was actually tied. You really have to feel for them that somehow that all ended up meaning they lost the WC.... Funny how sport works!

BTW, I won on Sharma top run scorer and am doubling down in the Lakers to win the NBA at $5.5. I seem to be having some luck these days only rolling with longer term bets so jump on with me if you want lads! I reckon the Lakers have the squad to win it next season!!

Haha was a decent prediction but the Pom's were so short for the final, I couldn't even hedge in the end.
Time to hedge would have been when India got knocked out and I had two of the three remaining options but I didn't think I needed to.
Tough way to lose but well done to you on your England bet.
I genuinely thought they were fair favourites but just way too short leading into the tournament and even halfway through (in fact they looked shot mentally after they lost to the Aussies) but they certainly responded well.
P.S. Even though I lost on the Kiwi's, like you I also won on Sharma for most runs!
Was the only silver lining to the Aussies failing in the semi final.
