For my futures bet above, it is coming down to the Saints in the Afl. Anyone here an Afl nut? It looks a real risk they miss the 8, but the odds on offer to hedge are $8 for them to miss the 8. Seems crazy odds. May hedge 150 on the $8 and sit back.

Was telling a couple of lads at work about your plight last week. So any further attempt at recourse after this is at the risk of costing you big dollars and with no guarantee assumedly?

They refuse to acknowledge my complaint emails so it's either go down legal routes and cost me money or give it up and slander them all over social media

Got big savings goals that I want to hit and a lot of trips planned. Plus it was getting out of control, I'd be betting (winning and losing) thousands at a time and sometimes that would get silly with bets on really obscure sports.

I've got an addictive personality and because my drug consumption has reduced and I don't drink at the moment I don't want to go mental trying to get those sweet endorphins. Swapped those things out for the gym but don't want to jump to another vice in gambling so I set a $50 limit
