Lots of people trading Katoa to Thompson or Kennar. Not much mention of Isaako.
Good chance that Darius misses some game time and he gets the fullback role for a while.
He looked impressive last week without matching the scores of the other two. Add in a couple of tries and that changes.

Lb I suspect its "test out the rookie with bombs", most teams (read: not raiders) will try things like this as its smart, so I guess you could expect him to continue getting them at least for a while until he proves solid. Would be interesting to look back at Cotrics early scores and see if he had more early on

I think when he came off around the 65 minute mark he might have been on 53 or 54 points? I think he played the whole GP.

Thanks wolfy. So If we say 15 points comes from a try, he was on track for 40 or high 30's with no try and no gp

Is SST > Moses via Arrow and Carty a bad trade. Not a bad score from a guy who had a HIA and was sinbinned?, would leave me with

    Smith
    Arrow, Lodge
    Merrin, RFM, Griffin
    Croft, Moses
    Aitken, Kennar
    Teddy, Walker, Ponga

    Cook, Rochow, Carty, Kikau
    Nicholls, Havili, Hiku, Thompson

77k in the bank, worth a crack?

Came on with 3 minutes to go in regular time which wouldn't have happened if GP wasn't on the cards. I'd say an extra 12 minutes total

Yeah as scoregasms said he came on just before GP, that's right. Yeah, he would have had cracked the 40 in base stats. Guy is a beast. FOr Brown to bring him back on knowing the game was on the line is a good sign though. I thought Watson wasn't too bad at hooker but the whole Watson shifting and Lamb coming on did make things a bit chaotic for them. I think Griffin gonna be great and don't see him losing that spot at all. So much better than Levi.

Nikorima just has to go. The cash in my bank is burning a hole in my pocket, and I'm willing to accept I was wrong about him being under priced. He looked terrible, Milf seemed to be doing more of the kicking and general playmaking too.

Am I mad to consider Koroisau? Sam Williams feels like too much of a risk, and I didn't watch the raiders game to get a good read on him....though it would give me the money to go Bartwright to Gallen next week....

Looks like Thompson (yes the guy I said in preseason would be lucky to make his break even from the wing) is this years first flower So I've got to get him right?  Smile  Can't do Katoa to him in one trade though. Seems I've already got most of the other "must haves" such as Kikau, Griffin, RFM, Kennar. Thoughts on this bunch?

    Cook
    Fifita Lodge
    Brown Murray RFM
    Croft Cartwright
    Maubs Mitchell
    Ted Ponga Katoa

    Lichaa Griffin Arrow Havilii

    Kikau Nicholls Kennar Croker  51k

    I'm thinking:

    1. No trades and just play Kennar and Kikau over Katoa and Havilii
    2. Katoa to Isaako and play either Kennar or Isaako based on fixtures
    3. Croft to Williams or Moses and Katoa to Thompson. Moses stats were really impressive - base stats good, km's good, only one goal, 22 minutes off the field and a sin bin, only 3 missed tackles which is good for him and plays round 13. Croft on the other hand is a real worry. Only one game but some worrying signs. Sideways?
    4. Anyone got a better idea?

Amazing that unpaid randoms on the internet (no offense, MTVB) can put together workable match centres and stats centres in a couple of hours while the "professionals" miss the deadlines they've known about for months.

haha - certainly no offence taken. I starting throwing together my site on Friday afternoon, thanks to Milchcow for the idea to get it going. Honestly even if no one else used it, it has been useful to me to just follow live scoring while watching round 1.

Looks like the rogue guys are doing exactly what I intended to add to my site in the next couple of days.

I intend to keep adding stats and features, its obvs a work in progress. Next thing will be custom price predictor.
