I have Mitchell too, but I think he is a hold for now. He took a pretty heavy knock early in the latest game. I think he has potential to go massive. I am thinking at end of season he will be a 45 or more average ctr

    Lodge Arrow
    Brown Merrin RFM
    Cartwright Niko
    Mitchell Inglis
    Mbye Ponga Isaako
    R: Griffin Cook Lichaa Rochow
    E: Kikau Havili Nicholls Douehi

Only used 1 trade so far, only 13k in the bank. Can lichaa to Murray in one trade.. Lichaa isn't really an urgent issue though.

Not a bad squad. Prob the main reason you feel its under performing is the money tied up in your ctrs. If you had gone kenner over inglis then you would have more points and maybe the cash to have started with a gun half. Apart from ponga you prob missing that gun wfb. Teddy, turbo and rts all killed it this week

The advantage of this system is that if someone is 50/50 to play and you're able to have them on your interchange then you should do so. Then you'll get your ranked sub as opposed to a positional AE if they pull out.

Trades this week: Croft > Hiku, Rochow > TPJ.
    240k ITB, overall rank: 1812

    Smith
    TPG, Arrow
    Merrin, Jurbo, SST
    Doueihi, Carty
    Isaako, Hiku
    Duffy, Ponga, Teddy

    Cook, Kikau, Lodge, RFM
    Havili, LCroker, Thompson, Kennar

Pretty happy with my team so far. Alot of cows in my team and burning trades but if all goes well, should ease up next round.

Playing Mitchell and Kennar.  Thinking Kennar due for a 10-15 soon enough.  If Hiku rides up to 450-500K he could almost be a swap for a Croker/Aitken.

Hiku could just as well score another sub 20. Still lead the team for miss tackles, but if the attacking stats stay high then I guess he goes well.

    Do you trust the Warriors?

At this stage its Croft>Murray, via Doughgehey.

    Smith
    Arrow, Lodge
    Brown, Murray, Harris
    Doughey, Cartwright
    Hiku, Mitchell
    Teddy, Ponga, Dufty

    Cook, Rochow, Griffin, RFM
    Kikau, Croker, Kennar, Thompson

1k ITB haha, any other thoughts? Halves are such trash... will cost me later. Was keen to lose Rochow and wanted to get in TPJ but can't see anything else and Murray is the priority IMO.

Yeah I guess you're right mate. Week 1 he got over 30 with plenty of missed tackles. Food for thought. I guess that's the thing with every trade, the scores could easily reverse between the 2 the next weekend.

The Warriors aren't going to play a depleted Titans every week.

They'll probably have some joy on attack against the Raiders but then they've got a very tough stretch. Wouldn't consider Hiku set and forget at all.

But it does help that he has such a good finisher outside him to hook him up with try assists.

Used one trade so far, ranked about 550.

Happy with team so far, no huge holes to fix yet. All cashies making money and scoring enough that there is no rush to punt them. Would love to jump on Murray, but my 2rf already has Jurbo, Harris, Merrin.

Reckon ill just chill for the next two rounds, no need to trade unless there is some injury that needs covering. Plenty of risk with that as im running players like Hiku, Isaako and Kikau in my 17. If they keep averaging over 35, they can chill for now.

I think Hiku will settle down and average mid to high 30s. Will get more comfortable with players around him, should help lower the missed tackles. Happy to give him 2 more weeks at least.

I currently have Croker, who looks garbage, which hurts as a raiders supporter. Can afford croker to Aitken, just not sure its worth the trade and the 60k or what ever it will be

    BUMP

Anybody got any thoughts on who to bring in to keep making cash? Traded Nicholls to Murray, and I've got Dufty ilin EMG ready to trade, $1mil total... I did think SJ but his price will settle around that mark eventually so not too concerned (unless he goes mil+), who should I get?

    Cook
    TPJ Arrow
    Brown Murray Griffin
    Doueihi Cartwright
    Mitchell Isaako
    Rapana Ponga Thompson

    Lichaa Kikau Rochow Lodge
    NAS RFM Evans Dufty

Dufty is the only one set to lose decent cash, the rest are <10k loss

Yeah, he did, but it wasn't deserved. Was back to his "best" in defence, was a turnstile. Only scored points by throwing a few hailmary offloads in last few sets as they were getting desperate. The try helped, but he didn't have to do much for it.

Now I get the Interchange Emergency subbing. I can see playing Katoa at 13 still has merit in that I'm not committed to one early WFB poor score eg Isaako this week got Hiku instead. Of course could backfire and both scour really well. Also Katoa could be turned into cow that is making money

What are you going to do if ARey comes back? I wouldn't sell Dufty at this stage either.
