Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 16
Managed 756 for the round, with 4 starting players scoring under 20 points. I'll take it.
I think my problems this week were with the games and not my players. Coft and Lichaa are probably the players to go though. Coft is looking less like the chosen one, Cooper Cronk reborn, and more like a rookie half with loads of potential but lacking NRL experience. The big scores will come but I can't see his average being amazing.

NBrown > Murray
Katoa > Thompson
Brown's minutes are a little worrying : R1: 59 and R2: 67 (potentially injury inflated). Too early to jump ship to Murray and fund my Katoa to Thompson upgrade at the same time?
Are other Brown owners concerned at all about minutes?

I contemplated Croft for Doueihi and just hoping ARey takes an extra week or so with his recovery. Definitely quick coin. Would mean the only halves I would have would be Carty, Croker and Doueihi.
Yup, same position as me. Right now I'm going for it. With Johnston looking ineffective at fullback, and GI showing no signs of having knees.. If Doughy does well, Walker could possibly be moved to fullback.
There is money to be made regardless of what happens in 2/3 weeks at the Bunnies, and there really aren't any other decent options at half unless you upgrade.

Ranked 362nd and team value seems pretty decent at 10.33m
SST to Murray anyone? Is it worth it?

Brown 55 and 45 seems a bit strange to sell early on. BE 55 Murray 30. I'd wait a week and find another way. The way people scoring first 2 rounds can't see how 50 avg is a sell

Rochow to Murray
Croft to Thurston
bringing in 2 underpriced keepers who both play R13
probably playing Cook as captain this week.. CS9 being benched for his poor performance
I had Harris and/or Whitehead as placeholders for Murray for the first couple rounds, but both players are carving it up.
Whitehead being shuffled around the field both games and still manages to keep up the fantasy scores... they should give the English lad DPP for his efforts

Murray 30 be and SST looked good last game slightly regretting SST>RFM
Is Murray going to go up that much with a 50 score?

Do we know how long BJ is out for? If its multiple weeks, im hoping they don't just drop in whitehead.
Id say it would be either, oldfield or B.Abbey with bit of a shuffle around. Id like to see the either rapana or cotric move to fullback, wighton to Ctr and BJs replacement to warm the vacant wing. But I haven't heard any talk yet.
He looked pretty bad didn't he. If Tapine is back, Whitehead could slide easily.. I have him, if that's the case I'll be "downgrading" him to Murray next week. 3 tries this season, averaging 50, not flash. Mitch Aub MK II at the moment! His BE is still low so I can wait a week to assess.

Looking at trades this week as being Croft out for either season keeper DCE or cash cow Doueihi and Nicholls out for TPJ or Murray. Might just go the cash route with TPJ and Doueihi.
Can do Murray and TPJ. Do I skip Doueihi and hope he becomes a bench utility?

Yes a 50 average, but he's currently priced above that. If he goes back to being an 70+ minute man then he's definitely a hold.
I'm just worried he may get closer to 60 mins moving forward and average in the high 40s.. Murray can do the same for $240K less..

SST looked a little better last game but still not breaking any tackles like he should be the size he is... I literally have no money ITB and can just afford it lol

TPJ interests me but I'm not sure I want rid of SST for him. Douehi seems the best way to go this early

I own Whitehead and liked what I've seen of him. He is stays in his 2RF/lock position for a full game, his scores will be fine IMO. I'm not worried at all yet.
No way I'd trade out Brown, if that's your biggest concern, you're doing amazingly well.

Thinking similar. I'm convinced Doueihi is somewhat of a key that the Rabbits need, but they will just keep putting Reynolds back in.
Would you be keeping Croft if you skip Doueihi?

Actually best way to go cash wise might be Croft and Nicholls > Doughy and TPJ leaving 107k to go SST > Murray the week after (might cost me 40k but am happy with that)

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 16
Last year Brown scored just as well playing 60-70 minutes as he did playing 70-80. And again this year, he scored higher in his shorter game.
Brown is averaging 50 and will probably improve on that. He's a keeper and we don't trade keepers.
