Im considering NAS>JFH. I knew NAS wouldnt get big mins but at his starting price i picked him on potential. The trouble is his second spell he after moves to an edge. He got injured last week but the week before his score was saved by a big play in the final minute. Would rather upgrade him to a keeper but they all pumping out dud scores and will be alot cheaper in the coming weeks

Did Yeo KO have anything to do with more minutes? Leota likely to see better minutes as last game because of McKendry out for season?

Potentially, plus Peachy not in fwd rotation and carrying 2nd hooker on the bench

The only 2 players not performing in my team are C. Smith & N. Brown. I might just boot both for 2 quality halves.

I think JFH played more minutes as a result of Yeo's injury. The previous 2 games JFH played about 50 mins.

I think I'll keep Smith. He looked shit last game but you'd think that was his worst. Remember SOO last year he was criticized for not running the ball, came out the next game and dominated. Yes he isnt at the same level as previous and probably not an auto captain pick but there's a whole lot of 'guns' that are struggling currently.

At the moment I'd much rather punt Merrin than Smith. Smith still a 50+ player imo. Priced at 54 doesn't seem worth trading him out.

Whatever leg injury he has isn't bad enough to stop him playing 80 mins, so it can't be that bad. Would be back to goal kicking pretty soon I'd assume.

I was thinking about a luxury Smith trade to Chricton for something different, but that probably isn't worth it.

DCE for sure but not keen on SJ due to his injury status & his loss of kick metres. Halves are such a hard position to predict atm. I know Widdop/BHunt steal points off each other but they play for the best team atm so I might punt on B. Hunt.

Smith has had a way more casual approach this season. Laughing more, not as many tough efforts, shovelling the ball onto others to deal with problems. He will still be 50-odd points average.

What do you guys think of Smith to Aitken and Croker to AFB? The second one isn't urgent but AFB is playing well and with Manlys injuries it could pay off.

Leaves me with this and 45k

    Cook
    Fifita Lodge
    Murray Arrow RFM
    DCE Doueihi
    Mitchell Aitken
    Tedesco Ponga Thompson

    AFB
    Rochow
    Griffin
    Kikau

    TPJ
    Isaako
    Kennar
    JMK

Or should I just use a trade on Smith? Can't afford McCullough unfortunately but maybe Edwards or Koriosau?

Huh. Really wanted a no-trade week, but Carty looks to force my hand
    Douhickey&Carty > Moses&Rochow.

Anyway. Here's hoping Elgey gets punted for Brimson!

Im in a bit of trouble this week. with on 80kITB. I need to replace Do-argh-he. No one is a direct replacement. Not game enough to go Maloney.

    Was thinking

    Smith>DCE
    Doughi > Rochow

Other option is Koro instead of DCE which lets me trade croker instead of Doughi, which lets me see what Doughis role will be with out impacting my scores to much.

The problem is, ive then got no value/quality in my EMG, to upgrade hiku and Issako which will need to happen sooner rather than later.

    Anyone got any wise ideas?

    Team before trades.

    Smith
    Lodge Arrow
    Jurbo, Harris, Murray
    Cronk, Doughi
    Croker, Isaako
    Teddy, Ponga, Hiku

    Cook, RFM, Kikau, Griffen

    Nichols, croker, godniet, Havili

Dont trade Smith out. Im am 1-2 weeks away from trading him in. 1 bad week means nothing. Find another way to get the guy you are thinking of bringing in for him

Elgey won't get dropped now after that win.

I'm looking closely at Moses too. Think he and he Eels can turn it around?

With Maclean out for 12 weeks is Taumololo due to step up for more minutes and more hit ups?

They looked good for the first 12 minutes. Once someone knocks some sense into their forwards, and they settle on a backline for more than one match, then they should move back to delivering mid-table results. And Moses is cheap, kicks goals, and doesn't defend as badly as he did last year.

    .....

    ...

I don't actually believe much of the above. But I'm really hoping its true. Cause that's all I can afford.
