Will wait to get him and monitor Whitehead and NBrown. Another bad week and they turn into SJ

Think I've decided on CS9 to Koro this week. SJ has a BE of 66. First game back from a groin strain so may be limited kicking in-play and goals and explosiveness/stepping. Cows haven't been amazing but still a strong defensive side too, so see him dropping more cash.

DCE yet to have a stinker and SJ still averaging higherSI wrote:

I'm finding it tough deciding on the half I want
If I dump Smith for Edwards/RTS
Then I can go Carty to any half
SJ is the best of the lot I reckon but should not playing R13 be a worry? Especially if I bring in Edwards/RTS who also don't play R13?
DCE could be in origin contention
Those 2 are the safest until Cleary returns I reckon
but I could go cheap and hope ARey returns to close to 50 and plays 13

Would be Hiku and Dugan currently Si.
If I get S. Johnson my team would be
D. Cook
P. Vaughan, A. Fifita
J. Trbojevic, R. Faitala-Mariner, V. Kikau
S. Johnson*, (Mbye) D. Cherry-Evans
J. Dugan, P. Hiku* (Inglis)
J. Tedesco, M. Dufty, K. Ponga
Thompson, Havili, Jennings, croker* (Hiku)
With Mbye and Inglis,
Would be Inglis instead of Hiku, Mybe instead of Johnson and Hiku to the bench instead of Croker.
I want Mbye, but fullbacks can be a bit more inconsistent than halves

ive decided to jump off whitehead this week. i actually think he will score better and more consistently on an edge where he gets those attacking stats.Goodnight Kiwi wrote:Think I've decided on CS9 to Koro this week. I started using it when I was posting from NZ in 'the deadzone' in an EPL Fantasy forum. Now I am in London posting into a Aussie/Kiwi forum. Seems to continue to work. Still can't believe TV went off the air kids these days wouldn't believe that.

Anyone looking at James Fisher-Harris. Might look at him as a downgrade option from Nathan Brown, give me some solid coin to get the almighty SJ/DCE half combo.
JFH looks pretty damm good to me.

He might even score more on the wing?Rjconner.rc wrote:Hey guys whats your thoughts on Gagai, hes been moved from centre to wing, was considering trading him out hasn't moved on price and just went down 23k. You think since hes moved to the wing he will now plummet in points and price?

Will be interesting to see how high SJ can average if the Warriors actually play a season out as well.

Choosing a target based on this week's BE seems shortsighted
What if SJ goes big and Koro has a quiet one. Will you swap again top make a few extra bucks?
Breakevens should be used to determine when to trade, not who to trade, unless you are keen on burning trades every week chasing $$

I think I'd want SJ long term over MBye if you are bringing as a keeper. Just my personal opinion of how the attacking stats will play out over the year.
However-would you consider MBye now if you are that keen and no Inglis? That would give you 200k for upgrades in a few weeks. Dugan and Hiku should continue to pump out a decent average. Or upgrade Croker to Niko this week along with the Mbye trade now and have an extra potential 50 on your bench. Can't see Croker making too many more dollars.
Not sure if that would work, it's late and I'm losing track, haha.
(Disclaimer-I started with Niko and he is going great but a worry all at the same time).

Cheers for your input Si, you are right, SJ is probably the best long term option. But Mbye has looked electric and if I get Inglis as well it strengthens my bench a little.
If I get SJ, it will be him and a nobody like C. Crichton or Robinson or something as I cant afford anyone else lol
I had made up my mind but I don’t know now, you made very good points, will have to sleep on it some more lol hahaha

I want them both in my team. I could get them both this week. I am not 100% on NBrown or Whitehead out yet, hence choosing one this week and going Koro as he has more chance of hitting his BE....

Interesting point this, as IF I keep Cam I won’t be captaining him for a while, so edge is even less. Ie. roughly same captain score as you, and cam 75 vs random other gun’s 55+

Cam's ownership was 34.24% on Friday night, down from 35.78% the previous week according to Stinkbug.
Now sits at 33.6%.
Doubt very many have actually traded him out, and the dropping % is more a result of thousands of new people signing up and not picking Cam.
I think most will just remove the captaincy, probably get burned, and business will be as usual after this weekend.

I know that its impossible to determine WTF is going through Griffins mind, but what do we think Merrin in the front row will do for him.
Is it a worry, or will we see a more stable amount of minutes/usage in a prop rotation?
Tamou has been dropping in minutes to about 40-45
Merrin has dropped to about 45
RCG has kept at about 55.
Hopefully Merrin will run similar rate to RCG.
(assuming he can stay away from the Krispy Kremes)

Croker to DCE
N.brown to JFH
Are these trades worth it? Or should I stick with Brown

Concern with smith is his mysterious groin injury and him playing origin and chances of him not backing up.

Need to decide wether to bring in Matterson or DCE for Merrin and move him to the halves.
The money saved by Matterson is huge and would leave me 230k for future use.
Surely his score last week can be discounted, the Roosters aren't gonna be that hopeless again?
