@multiple.scoregasms pretty much the same for me but managed to bring in DCE for Carty and NAS. Koro is probably an option if you can get him

Koroisau is fools gold. Extra minutes due to injuries and plenty of attacking stats which are unusual for him.

Smith and Carts > Macca and Maloney + 200k

Option B
Merrin and Carts > Macca and Maloney + 60k

Smith and Merrin > Macca and DCE + 75k

Big game for JMK against the hapless Raiders tonight.

Gonna be tough for a lot of people to see his score in the EME, while awaiting whatever drivel Maloney dishes up on Sunday arvo.

I'm going to try a semi loophole for myself. Obviously TPJ is touch and go, but I'm going to give myself a potential free look at Whitehead. Whitehead 5 on the bench, TPJ 4. If TPJ plays and Whitehead only gets a 35, then TPJ is in. If Whitehead goes 50+, Kennar goes into number 4. If TPJ doesn't play, I'm stuck with Whiteheads score anyway, so no loss. I think it'll work. Have RFM tonight too but he has more attacking opportunities in him for points. Whitehead it's hard to see where his average will go from here. Hopefully he can get to 40 in base stats but after last week, it's hard to see, especially playing on the edge. Don't want to dump him yet though as he's playing well and I like watching him play.

I like option b too. I think Merrin & Carty are the more urgent trades. What about DCE instead of Macca. will leave 127k bank.

I'm wondering if he will be a better trade in for Carty instead of Maloney?  I must be one of the ones that doesn't have him. Not as much price rise potential at the moment but saves coin too.  Hmmm..

I'd say B as well. But I'm in the "keep Smith" corner. Merrin does not appear a keeper in his current state (purely due to minutes). B gets you a keeper without sacrificing one.

Just to clarify, the point of the stock market analogy with respect to Smith is about adjusting based on new information. Blindly going by the logic that you only lose money if you sell is a mistake in both equity markets and in this game....

Using 2016 as a starting point, when he averaged 33
(average was higher in 2013-2015)

Negatives were only 13 a game, so first hope is he tidies himself up a little there. Not expecting perfection, just a little improvement

Then
15 tackles
70 run metres
200 kick metres
4-8 conversion points
And enough attacking stats (TB, LB, LBA, TA) to cover for the negatives
