    Thoughts ms?

Depends who you are moving out for him. If it was Carty I would still pull the trigger

Really not enjoying this new format or fantasy NRL much anymore. Last 2 pages have been about taking NPR points or not through whatever means. Rolling lockout which I already hated just got worse. I’m checking out.

Will keep putting my team together week to week so I don’t let down any of our leagues obv.

    Good season all.

Someone asked about Whitehead. I stand to be corrected but Im pretty sure he got shifted to C when Oldfield went off, and then not so long after went to half when Hingano went of. Not sure if he stayed there for the remainder of the game though.

Either way, I think Whitehead is a sell. He was a sell for me prior to this game. Posted a few times this week but I he's peaked in price IMO but has made decent coin in the mean time and put up good numbers - beaten expectations through 4 rounds to be honest. Time to move him on and use the cash to upgrade!!

Williams not Hingano. Hingano went hooker for Havili 1st half and lasted 3 mins. Oldfield off late 1st half. Williams off near end of game

Totally understand GM. Not far off myself. Hopefully next year its all fixed. Seems so far away from being a complete product though.

Hasn’t peaked for his point potential but he is turning into the new age Mitchell Aubusson and it’s affecting his scores sadly because he can’t rack up the big tackles numbers! I will be upgrading him to Gallen or Tlolo next week

I'm not a huge fan of it and wouldn't purposefully set my team up to do it e.g briginging in a guy who's never gonna play a game so I can use it every week.

But if one of my guys is injured short term (Kennar) and Im not gonna trade him out I will try and get something from that dead spot. Kennar would have probably got 38 this week anyway

I put Whitehead in my number 18 spot. Question, I have TPJ at 17, if he doesn't play, the only player left I can use is Croker. Surely I'd have to put Croker in the 17 and give him a shot to come up with more than 20 points?

Whitehead as much as I love him is indeed Aubbs 2.0 and is a sell. If Cotric stays FB, I'll trade Whitehead to Cotric and keep him in the centres. I'd take a punt on Rapa, but I like Cotric more, kid is a gun.

I absolutely love new format. It's the same for everyone. You don't get lowest scoring AE. How is that a bad thing.

If Turbo doesn’t play I get JMK Score for him and Nicholls Score for Tanginoa ?
and if Turbo does play I get JMK for Tanginoa ?

    As I understand it...

You will only get JMK for Turbo if there is a playing WFB in your INT. Ie they take turbos starting wfb spot, and then JMK takes their INT slot (and Nicholls takes Tanginoas)

Yeah that’s a shame GM but I completely get it. I’m sick of reading about the loopholes it’s going to be like this all season too. I much prefer the old format not this mess they’ve given us

    You reckon? Game 1, 2, and 3 = 49, 51, and 60 = ~53 average 4 tries in those 3 games too.

As soon as I saw those scores, the number of tries included, the frequency with which he got shifted around positionally, and the way Canberra were playing he was pegged as a trade out for me as soon as the BEs warranted it - but all on the premise that his average had peaked. I had hoped he would score better last week and therefore his BE would have warranted one more week, but last weeks score was a bit shit, Tolo did ok, so I figured I could suck up the extra cost but essentially pay for 10 points for the round. Turns out with that score I may have bought my self 30 points! Time will tell. Too probably goes off in the 2nd minute now Smile

My bad, watched the first half and then the second half on the radio in bed - got confused. So does that mean he played the bulk of the game at C?

    Anyway back to trading ideas.

If Gosiewki gets a start this week is he a better trade in than Maloney for Carty. Or just grasping at straws here?

Also Hiku at home to the Cowboys, or Thompson in NZ against the Storm?

Got moved around which isn’t his fault, has scored minimum 46+ when playing edge forward previous season but like you say the frequency of his positional switches are too much now and scores when in CTRs have been buffed with tries! he was flying scoring wise when playing lock and same today for first 20 mins at least on the edge but too much risk involved for me now I think, nothing worse than seeing a player start well think you are in for a decent score and by no fault of there own get shifted and scores don’t move for 20 minutes lol!

I would be waiting a week on Gosiewki. His NSW cup stats are nothing special aside from metres after contact (which is a good indication of TB ability). I would predict a 30-35 average if he gets 80 minutes.
