Famous last words, but surely Isaako has a meaty or two in him soon.

Does anyone know why Rochow only played 69mins instead of the full 80? Is someone eating into his minutes and with Taylor coming back soon will it effect his scoring?

From what I recall, Rochow moves into lock when Huth comes off normally. I think last week Aloiai moved into the second row and Rochow got subbed for 10 minutes. When he came back on though I can't recall if he went back to lock or back to his second row spot, might have been second row. Last week was a bit weird and normally yearh, he's been playing 60 in the second row and then the last 20 at lock. Not sure how ET will affect him if at all. Seems like his spot is secure though.

What's the consensus on Gosiewski? Apparently he's a nutcase? His PPM is awful from the handful of games he's played but he is starting so that helps.

Old farts on mere might remember the TV show Col'n Carpenter. There was one episode where Col'n was freaking out because he'd heard the average person loses 50 hairs a night, but he lost 52 and thought he was going bald.

That is what I think of when i see questions like that. Pretty much nobody plays 80 minutes every single week. There's form, injuries, HIA, game situations that change the subs slightly every week. You simply cant spend your time trying to account for every single minute of the game. If someone plays 69 minutes, then be happy and accept that.

I think it's a bit risky to hope Scott comes good with no real signs of it happening in the opening 5 rounds. The Storm's average form doesn't help and his scores should improve if the Storm's form improves but it's too big a gamble for me right now IMO.

Lodge to JFH is a good trade. We are rubbish and the forward's scores are reflecting it.

You've certainly changed your tune from earlier today.

I was a bit pessimistic when I heard Clark and Turner had come in, but I’ve changed my tune after after liasing with a few of the boys around the captain’s run. We’re looking sharp in the backs and after looking more closely at their forwards......they’re overrated. We hold them in the forwards, we’ll be scoring tries.

Decided to follow everyone’s advice and bring in Arrow this week along with Gosiewski.
With the money Ive saved, hopefully I can bring in Fisher Harris and T. Trbojevic/Aitken. Depends on how Vaughan goes this week I guess..

I'd love to see that. You could tell he was hurting last week. He'll destroy someone if he really fires up.

Fisher-Harris and Matterson have joined the Vermin. I don’t trust dodgy hammies and my halves look good now. I can always get Murray back. Matterson and DCE will do me as halves.

What are people's thoughts on JMK?
The score of 8 against the bunnies just a blip with high 30s more the norm?
Or just one more Bulldogs loss from being replaced by Frawley or Cleeland?
He can still make 150k if he averages 30 from here on out and he has looked close to scoring a try a couple times in his two good games.

At least the risk in making a poor halves pick is mitigated when you're only dropping 300k Very Happy

Lichaa with a 41.2 average and BE of 28, 588k
    Griffin with a 45.2 average and BE of 34, 578k, DPP HOK/2RF
    RFM, 46.2 average, BE of 34, 593k

Griff IMO, RFM still a ways to go and Lichaa is worth holding onto for the next month for sure if he keeps getting 80, should be able to bang out at least 45s and make another 100k or so.

Is getting T.Harris at 750k worth it, or am I buying him at a premium?
