So this week I'm looking Mansour>Rein and Nofa>DCE 100k itb, should I go all in with DCE for the season, I was so hesitant to splash that amount for a half.

Those with Turbo, he looked like his ankle was fucked again with 10 to go.
I'll be putting him in jersey 17 in case he is a late scratching playing Sunday. Fantasy stud Jono Wright in the 21 again but Kelly also played wounded so who knows. Anyone read anything about Turbo?

Those are pretty persuasive numbers - I really can't see Rein posting 60s a) at all and b) for more time than it takes for Peats to persuade the physio it doesn't hurt that much at all, really. Goosie looks a lot better in that context, particularly with R13 coverage.
Thing is, remember Surgess last year? Came back early week after week and would only last a short time in the game. When Peats is back Rein's BE should be low and will still make some cash. Then if Peats cops a hit early and Rein comes on, it's all a win.

Is Gos worth the 60k saving over Rein?

Welcome mate. Like the team! I'd be punting Nofa too.
I think there's a few options out there which could be considered value at WFB or perhaps just good options. I'd take a look at Mbye, Gutherson, Rapana, Munster, Edwards as just a few guys that would be nice.
Which Brown is that too? if Lewis, might be nice to turn him into someone that makes some money at some point. Agree Kennar has probably had his day too.
Good luck!
Hopefully that formatted correctly, it's Nathan Brown, holding onto him for his return

Hey mate,
I really feel that Rein will snowball getting a lot of minutes in the middle with Gos not going to maintain momentum, I'm scared of a a another L.Croker,
only my 2c really

Why do people think Rein will get minutes and scores like at Dragons pre 2017 and not like Peats so far this season

Comments made by the coach. Inferred he'd like him to play 80 but options to spell him if needed. No hooker on the bench (Peats of course had Rein on the bench).

Yeah, I noticed that too. It was right at the end, after he made a decent run from memory, and shortly after the tigers scored that late try and Trbo looked like he wasn't able to react. I have him in the sports deck come. Im a little worried.

I came across this forum only a fortnight ago and I've followed the conversation and input and I believe I'd really like to start being apart of the general discussion and put my input in as well where I feel it may be wanted.
First off, up the Broncos
and now my current team:
Cook
Kikau J.Brom
Arrow JFH Mcguire
JMK Maloney
Hiku J.Croker
Nofa Ponga Thompson
Macca Havili RFM Rein
Isaako Kennar Gos Brown
I guess I'd like some feedback and thoughts on what I should do in the coming weeks - definitely ditching Kennar and isaako in the next two depending on performance
Look forward to the bants
Welcome mate! I shall now call you charms! As for your team fella, not too shabby at all. Light in the halves (but you'll be aware of that) and the obvs Nofo mofo that needs to gogo but other than that looks pretty good. You're one of a very few I've seen running JBrom. Have him from the get go?
In the coming weeks, asides from those you've already stated, keep an eye on JMK (one low score from his BE catching his avg very quickly) and Hiku. If you've been following for a bit you may have seen my post regarding a few of our more "peaking" players and this covered the likes of Hiku, Isaako etc. For now I think you're doing pretty well though mate!
Glad to have you on board and welcome to the house of fun!

Id be surprised if Rein can be effective for 80 mins. Hasnt played 80 in a long time. Bet he starts dropping off tackles in the last 15 to 20 mins

Hopes Peats is back sooner than 4-6 weeks. Whether Rein plays 80 we'll see as game goes. May have to carry Simpkins on the bench

Peats PPM is 0.53 averaging 56.5 minutes, therefore only going at about 29.945 point average.
Rein PPM is 0.65. 60 minutes would be 39 points, if he were to play 80 minutes he will avg 52.
There ya go
Titans have Cows, Sharks, Raiders, Storm in next 4 weeks. Could be lots of tackling in those games.

NEW MOD!
I think you are spot on with Kennar being a trade out if he doesn't have a big week, and Isaako a trade out as he peaks off that 50 (Assuming another doesnt come)
Other than that I would look for a big HLF at the moment. Your centers are solid for now, your WFB is good. Thompson will be a trade out eventually to a gun WFB. FRF & 2RF are strong enough.

I highly doubt he even plays 80. Thinking Simpkins comes into the side late. If so would definitely be to spell Rein. Also, nothing to stop Carty from playing a bit there. Defends horridly but can at least pass and direct play.

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 31
So I am struggling picking between the three potential cashcows.
Su'a is named on the bench now, negative BE is nice though.
Rein, unlikely he plays an entire 80 minutes. Still highest potential to score well. Will he make enough to warrant a cash out in 4 weeks though.
Cogger, Watson and Lamb could show up at anytime. Is probably the slowest cash earner, but is the cheapest option.

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 31
Just as a side note, using PPM's to create a number that a player should score over 80 minutes that never plays 80 minutes is inherently flawed lads. A PPM comparison for an 80 minute backrower is fine as they play 80 week in week out. Using it for someone like Rein who hasn't played more than 53 minutes all year will bite you in the arse.
Fatigue effects all players, especially bench hookers suddenly thrust into a full time role in a match where they have to defend a shit load.
