I was thinking of going lodge to rein instead so that way I will have reins score as well as doughy. Plus if he is named on the bench but plays 0mins I would get my next emergency right?

This. With SJ out and locked in the 13 you need a half to receive a score. That would be Doughi but if he is a red dot also then you get 0.

If you went Doughi to Jacks (or another half) however you would receive his score for SJ.

I may have read this wrong (the earlier posts), but if you have SJ locked into your halves, and have no other half you'll cop a zero.
If you reverse the Doueihi trade, you'll get doueihi's score.
If doueihi doesn't get any minutes you are back to having no sub half and you will get zero.

You're not missing anything, that is correct.

@Fraser you need a playing half on your bench to get points for SJ's slot. You will only get points from 16 players with your current squad. Unlucky bro
