Is Sua a bit of a must have now? I have Nicholl's who still probably has $50k left to make in him, but Sua should be getting big minutes for the next month at least, right?

Looking for other potential guys around that $400k mark, and seems like the top contender.

I'm happy with Holmes being moved to Fullback, got him for cheap a few weeks ago. Actually, I could even bring Sua in for Dufty and start Holmes this week, and upgrade Nicholls once he peaks next week to a RTS/Rapana..

Bastard about Luke being named (fantasy wise), was hoping Lawton was going to start.

I'm seriously buggered with what to do this week. I keep thinking the team looks good on paper, but has underperformed all year. I appreciate any thoughts:

    Cook
    TPJ Kikau
    Tohu Murray Arrow
    Koro DCE
    Cotric BJ
    Teddy Ponga Mbye

    Havilli Rein Thompson RFM

    Isaako Gosie Kennar Cogger
    22K ITB and 23 (2) trades.

Starting 13 are fine. Cashies are ok but not yet matured. R13 is going to be a problem which is why I'm hesitant to cashout Gosie and Kennar. But need to make some funds and get in a keeper FRF.

This week was leaning to cash out one of the EMG cows, but can only really see Gosie to Haas as a dart to him getting some minutes. although it stuffs me on R13 again. So maybe its a bank of trades?

    Any thoughts?

This is going to be weird and admittedly a large gamble but I think I'm going to bring DWalker in depending upon how he goes this week. Guy is a decent player and in the past when at 6 was reliable.

I would assume that the postion is his for the rest of the year with Croker being gone and Manly having serious issues. I also think being closer to the action at 6 will really work out for him. With a lack of decent CTR options ehe could be the solution I'm looking for.

Will wait a wee due to Hastings and Tom Wright being named on the bemch though I highly doubt either of those guys get a start this year barring injury.

    @Blain

Sua is/was a must have two weeks ago. Still time to get him though, just don't expect as much profit

Is Welch set for big minutes with Bromwich and Glasby out? He was a smidge under 45 min per game before last week. He could easily bust 50s at 60+ minutes.

Why was Malakai dropped? Will Fonua be in for a while? Could be some quick cash there

Any other value options lurking about?

Yeah obviously I've missed $100k on Sua - I had others trades at the top of my list. With McGuire also out now, it feels a bit safer, rather than having potential for Bennett fuck with the back row line up.

3 Weeks at 40 would be $100k profit.

Having brought in Dugan last week, thinking of saying fuck the byes and bringing in Blake Ferguson to centre. He'll play Origin but that's because he's playing well. 20 points in running metres, scores 30 a game without tries, potential for big point plays. Priced around 35, should deliver around or above that.

So if you're looking for a big name injury next week there you are.

I'm treating Su'a as a missed opportunity at this point.

$100k profit is not enough for me. Its certainly possible that he'll outperform that, but a little bit too much risk for mine.
If you have plenty of trades left, or feel like taking a risk, then go for it - he's not likely to lose you money

JFH priced just under 40, averages 46 since moving to lock. Certainly there i no hurry to move him on.

Matterson is unlikely to see a massive rise in value, so if you are making the trade it is purely for the points, as it isn't a money making trade.
Matterson being a fairly reliable points scorer in the halves makes him somewhat useful, just depends if you think he'll maintain his current scoring or drop down a bit over the next month or so.

Bringing in DWalker another option. Trouble for a lot of us is we'll then have two halves from the worst team in the NRL. (Three if you haven't dealt with Croker yet).

Alright, I did not want to trade but Brown having another 3 weeks on the sidelines is pissing me off. The bench being any position makes things all the more difficult to decide.

    Thoughts on this?

    Smith
    Fifita, Arrow
    Taumalolo, Murray, RFM
    Maloney, mbye
    Mitchell, inglis
    Tedesco, ponga, JMK
    R: Cook, JFH, Kikau, Brown
    E: sua, sorensen, isaako, gosie
    16k ITB

i am thinking i should get a half to bolster the back 7. The best i can afford is DCE if i trade gosie to cogger as well.

Alternatively i could just get someone like Harris for Brown. (And hold gosie for now)..

    Any left field ideas here?

Im actually not that keen on Cogger, but Brown is forcing my hand a little.
