Same here, it still has Frawley as hooker. Would not be suprised to see JMK at 9 and Martin starting. Lucky it's the first match of the round so easy to make changes to your team if needed (as long as you aren't busy)

With Kikau, RFM, and Murray they are planned keepers for me at this point. They are scoring well and doing decent enough they will at least end up on the bench for me. Murray needs to get back to what he was scoring. Kikau and RFM should be up and down but will hopefully hit around 50 AVG.

JFH isn't at that point for me. If he steps up he might get there, but at this stage he is pencilled in as a trade. The main reason is my limited trades and probably lack of funds. My final 17 is going to look like..

    Cook
    Fifita, Arrow
    Brown, Surgess, Taumalolo
    Cherry-Evans, Cleary
    Latrell, Dugan
    Tedesco, Ponga, Mbye

    Smith, RFM, Kikau, Murray

    Bold guys are unowned.

The big guys I am missing are McCullough, Trbojevic x2, JDB, Matterson. If some of my lower tier guys faulter I would try and grab them first, and Dugan/Brown may get traded out next week.

Good luck to those bringing in Martin. Big risk that doesn't need to be taken imo but you'll be stoked it if comes off and he lingers in the team.

Watch and wait a week for me.

Easy to take risks when I'm not under any pressure, if I was top 100 it'd be a different story.

    That's a good final 17.

I won't be able to achieve that and will have to make some compromises. Currently have 7/15 (not counting the CTRs)
Only 18 trades left, so pretty much no wiggle room in bringing in the keepers.

That's why I'll have to keep one or more of Murray/RFM/Kikau. And/or take a punt on someone like Gallen who has dropped a chunk of cash.

Yeah that team is just an aspiration for me too at the moment. I have 8/15 with 21 trades and may just get the cash to make it there. Trying to focus on a few good cows as I'm looking about 5-700k short.

Stuff like Brown over Lolo and hoping Macca drops lower than I think he may while being eased back in........ Gallen back to form would help too.

Around rd 12 I'll probably have a better idea if that needs to drop.

But if you are short trades the good news is you'll have a long time to see how they are going before you worry about offloading the last of Murray, RFM, Kikau and JFH.

Reading more of the Fox Sports article linked by pm888:

Frawley was named on an extended bench and likely to play five-eighth with Jeremy Marshall-King to move into the hooking role.

“We’ve got a couple of different options,” Pay said.

“The bottom line is, we’ve got a few guys who can play at nine.

“There will be a few guys who can play at nine. Who we start and who we don’t were still finalising that.”

    and goes on..

Bulldogs hooker Michael Lichaa has been dropped and expected to be replaced by Jeremy Marshall-King with Matt Frawley to come into the halves. Rhyse Martin makes his NRL debut from the bench.

So they are currently saying JMK to HK and Martin off the bench.

Interesting how Fox Sports says Martin will come from the bench while last night on NRL 360 Hooper says he will start with Jackson moving to 13. I guess we will see when final team lists come out. On a side note is there a place where you can see final team lists when announnced or are they automatically updated on NRL.com an hour before kickoff?

Pacey normally updates the team list thread here pretty promptly

Otherwise twitter is a good place to check for final team lists - it is more reliable than checking nrl.com

    Pacey is THE man.

Never check anywhere else for updated final team lists.

Always posts final team lists within seconds of them appearing anywhere. Extremely reliable.

Isn't your team value something ridiculous like 13.8m Bulldog?

Small snippet of news says Cleary is back to running and is 2-3 weeks away. Now saying Rd 11 return, was Rd 11-14 previously.

Yeah I checked post history and Bulldog's is like 13.5m with cash in bank..

There's less than 15 people in the whole game with a team value of 13.5m+ .. a few more if you count cash in bank, but complaining about being too broke Laughing
