Bad back spasmos have flared up again for Arrow. He did attempt a hit up with a trainer only for him to go to his knees in pain and vomit. Doesn't sound good. Gone for the night.

Could be a fantasy risk going forward.

Apparently the titans have just said he may still return. 

Cant see why youd risk it at 20-0 down though.

Should have known weekend would turn to shit as Thu and Fri footy fantasy scores have been good. All downhill from then

Not having a go but im surprised people had the balls to captain arrow after two weeks in a row of back issues.
