Interested in Brimson at all Welshy? Could boot Havili for him and play him in the halves over Cogger? Would probably be 15-25 point upgrade this week and net good cash.....

This is what my team looks like post trades(not locked in by any means as it may be overkill)

    JFH to Jurbo
    Kikau to Harris

    Cook
    Fifita TPJ
    Taumalolo Jurbo Harris
    DCE ARey
    Mitchell Isaako
    Tedesco Ponga Mbye

    Smith
    Matterson
    Murray
    Sua

    Martin
    Lane
    Brimson
    Gosiewski

Would leave 14 trades and 1k left, should I just hold my trades this week or is the above ok? By my count there would be 13 keepers there plus Murray and TPJ will likely be used to bring Arrow back in eventually. What do you think people?

I don't think Brimson will have many 40+ games.

He does interest me but not sure I have the trades left for him mate, I think Cogger will go okay, will take the bulk KM and just as much chance to go large off an attacking play as Brimson mate

I might go Lamb - Brimson and time Pearce is back I will have no use for Lamb anyway, infact that may be the way to go. Hold Hav and upgrade him to a gun half after origin selections next week? what you reckon?

So with the Roosters Tupou back this weekend then Aubs will go back to the bench which may affect Matterson's minutes. This was my reasoning for not buying Matterson a couple of weeks ago. This may of course not happen because an 80 minute Matterson benefits the Roosters more than a 60 minute Matterson imo.

I feel Brimson and Fonua are the best cows this week (pending anything TLT) I am tossing up between the two. Want to bring in Kapow so one more cow is necessary (looking at RFM+Kikau/JFH --> Kapow +Brimson/Fonua). Have Cogger to cover Koro this week, but feel Brimson would be a safer bet. Have no WFB/CTR cover so one will come in this week and stay for a while.

Havilli could still hit BE (37) this week, but more risk of losing cash than Lamb over next 3-4 obviously.

I'm interested in Fonua but I have doubts not on his selection in the team but his ability to turn up on time. I currently own Thompson but the Tigers don't seem to have any set plays that bring him into action so he lives off the scraps. Thompson never joins the backline in an attacking raid, isn't involved in any 2nd man plays, no inside balls & is not involved in any sweeping plays. Rather he just bobs up every now & then in the middle of the ruck trailing a forward hoping for an offload but no one ever passes it to him. If I buy Fonua I'll have both Thompson & Fonua.

Think the article somehow missed the part where she is transgender.

I'd take Brimson over Mahe because of better security over the ever changing Tigers backline but he does play 13.

I won't pay overs on sometime like Taupau but that's just me, I'm trying not to get carried away with bringing in R13 players at the expense of R17 with my trades dwindling so keeping the likes of Kikau/JFH/RFM is probably the way I'm going

I have Murray to upgrade after R13 unless he nabs the extra minutes to elevate him in the inteim

    How are your halves looking?

Re: Brimson. Garth said the position is now his to lose. This is in reference to Elgey. Garth told Brimson he wanted him to run more in the second half and the stats reflected that. I think Brimson now knows it’s his position for the taking and expect him to kick on. When he runs, he’s dangerous. Not expecting huge scores but potentially a solid cow.

    Post RFM+Kikau --> Kapow+Brimson (17 trades remaining, $302k itb) I am....

    Cook
    Fifi, Arrow
    Kapow, Lolo, TPJ (bicep emoji)
    DCE, Brimson
    Mitchell, Hiku
    Teddy, Ponga, Thompson

    CS9, JFH, Murray, Martin

    Su'a, Cogger, Gos, Koro

Kapow for me as he is the last piece to my monster Fwd Pack until JFH, Murray and Martin get upgraded. Is playing more minutes and is looking to offload every single hit up. Like him more than Surgess and Crichton right now. Keeping an eye on Gallen and Manners
