Personally I think both players amount to about the same average over the long term.
Kikau - scores will fluctuate from the bench from potentially 25 to 65.
JFH - looks like he is back to 60 mins per game and likely to hover around 40 week in week out. he'll probably find the try line sooner or later.
End of the day, it is a bit of a gut feel.
I traded Kikau out last week.. for Crichton. So i gained nothing. But I'm certainly more confident having Crichton in my team this week instead of Kikau.
