Just used all four trades on four warriors players. Should be plenty of points on offer for them this week.

Yeah he is interesting.
I just wish I had another game or two to look at him, but if he's coming in it may as well be this week to make use of his byes.
bit of a leap of faith at the same price as Tommy Turbo (though plays one extra game)
Yeah a bit of a leap, it might be worth it

Not really sure. His scoring seems to have flat-lined a little, but it could be a waste to trade him to someone like Norman, who may just score the same average anyway.
I still have Inglis, which went well last week, but he would need to keep the #1 jersey to be worth holding. The rabbits also play two days after origin 1 and I wonder if he will be rested.. probably, if AJ is back.

(Just in case you were wondering if there were some really staunch Gal-fans on the forum. I assure you there is not. Not here, not anywhere.)
The 2 n' 6 on this post is intruiging though.... lol
All good mate

Everytime I think of trading him, someone here mentions his numbers and I get my mind changed.

I just keep wishing that ge will reproduce that ton again. Trading him in after that for a -1 has made me somewhat stubborn and just hold him.

He's only had one other score over 45 and that was a 55. It isn't really inspiring stuff. Buttttt, he's been pretty consistent.. ergh

Worthwhile holding onto I think. A move to the tigers could be interesting. For both his form and usage.

Back line full of attacking power and shit attitudes and void of work ethic and willingness to put body on line. Roberts, Ado Car, Latrell and TTUrbo turn up for every third game. Which will fuck us. Don't rate any of their abilities to do the hard work our of their own quarter. Specifically in this area, Cotric and Fergo would have been a solid pick.
Peachy, wins the award for most lateral metres made per game, extremely frustrating to watch. Understand why he gets picked, but if we are relying on him to play an important role, we are fucked.
Forwards. I would have liked to see Tariq in there. Cant help but feel that all the choices play the same style. Would have liked to see one more aggressive style player.
Halves are by far the best combo we had available.
Reckon we lose first the first game, get torn up in the backs.
I agree entirely with all of this, which is nice to hear as everyone else seems to think its the greatest team imaginable. Team full of overhyped players who are good at the flashy stuff but far less good at the hard stuff. Latrell is lazy as hell and has Roberts ever done anything other than run really fast? And they definitely need a forward with a bit more aggression.
A team of good players doesn't necessarily make a good team.

Big ask to expect Roberts and Latrell to take carries from their own 20, both too good for the hard stuff. Someone like Fergo would have been perfect I would have thought.
If QLD can stop them getting to the other end of the field too much, they could indeed struggle.

Yep probably. Pending more news re: mid season transfers.wolfking wrote:Are MBye owners holding him?
I'd only swap him to Turbo, and I'd hate to trade Mbye out this week planning on Turbo in next week and have Turbo get injured in Origin.

Nah you guys have this in the bag. Smith JT and Cronk gone. Easy. Don't worry about training, just get some good photo shots doing some yoga and then practice the post try celebrations. Easy.

Also mostly agree.
I love Latrell but hate that he has been picked. It is a season too early IMO. I dont mind a few 'flair' choices but we have too many in that back line. Mistakes, indiscipline and too many incomplete sets (etc) - the usual shit that will cost NSW game one. Although, I probably wouldn't pick Fergo either - he has too many errors in him at critical times.

Not to mention that we'll only need one Winger, The Jet ain't passing to the one on his side anyway...
