When Kikau and Martin are named in 2 weeks time I'll have some big decisions to make

Morgan, TPJ, L. Lewis, Suli, Lillyman, J. Reynolds, RCG, Napa, Gurgess, Mitchell, M. Scott, Kata, Hoare, CHN, Ferguson
This is why having a few trades up your sleeve at season end is important.
Thanks for this. Are there lite details about Ferguson? And also Lewis/who would replace him?
Cheers

Out of top 25 ( best avg for the season players) only 4 would play round 17. I think most people would be in the same position in terms numbers for 17.
I wouldn't be too bothered with 17 planning. I assuming, if the trades have dropped to single digits, just concentrate on getting the final 17 ready.
Yeah true. I'm thinking Gallen is the best priced keeper I don't have yet, so might go TPJ -> Gallen, Cogger ->R17 cheapy, then the following week Martin -> Hunt, Holmes -> RTS. Would give me a strong bench;
Smith
Surgess
Eseese
Gallen
Hunt
Friend
Olive
R17 cheapy.
$150k approx ITB, with Fonua the only weak spot in the starting team. Could upgrade him or Friend to Teddy/Turbo if I get sick of him.

They mentioned on the Fox post game coverage that Lewis's injury is more serious than first thought and is likely he'll be out for a fair while.WT2K wrote:They mentioned on abc grandstand call that L. Lewis was a calf injury not seen anything of extent this morning
I have no idea who would take his place any more. Williams seems to be favoured over Capewell and Sorensen lately, but I think they're trying to blood him as Gal's replacement so I don't know if they'll give him an edge spot. I think Bukuya moved into Lewis's spot when he went off.

Would love Soro to get it but really not sure like most. Michael Morgan will need surgery on his bicep 3-4 months

Have to remember anyone who is injured this week (light injury). They won’t okay again for 2 weeks. So any 1-3 week injuries could more than likely be back by rd 16-17Blain wrote:If TPJ is scheduled to miss round 17, I'll be dumping him. Made me a cool $180k, think he has some more in him but the 22 finishes that. Might jump on Gall as a straight swap. McQuire another option, he's getting cheap.. RFM, traded him out already but wouldn't be a bad way to go. There is such a big step down from guys around $800k, plenty of good prices who haven't been scoring well. Tolman could even be a cheap 19th man option soon.
Holmes is a keeper ATM, which is giving me a bit of a headache, I wan't to get RTS or Turbo in. I have Dugan in reserves, if he comes back and puts Holmes on the wing it's upgrade time.
The hard thing for us all is round 17 and 18 planning, I have 4-5 who will likely play origin, so might not field a full team. Puts me off getting guys like Hunt. Got some number crunching to do over the next 2 weeks!

Gallen is playing like a man who wants to make an impact because this will be his last season... All of a sudden he lifted. He said on 100% Footy two weeks ago that he would make a decision on his playing future. It’s either he’s deciding to retire or playing for a contract. Whatever it is, he’s churning out classic Gal points

Can anyone help a brother out with price prediction?
Specifically, as scores come in during the round is there a way to put it against that players BE and have a fairly good idea of their new value when trades open?
I tried doing 3 week average into MTB's site but must be missing the point somewhere.
Cheers in advance.

I mostly ignore the 2nd and 3rd week price since it assumes the player would score the same for the next few games. It's handy for putting an average score though and knowing a player's likely price if you have to wait 2-3 weeks to get them.
Using Gallen for example, currently priced 639k and scored 54 this week.
Plug 54 in and it gives a predicted price of $693k after lockout this week.
If he scored ~54 next week, he'd be around 735k prior to taking the bye Rd 17.
Another ~54 in Rd 18 and he'd be around 763k.

Yup, there’s a formula. For nrlf u need starting price , last 4 scores and this rounds scores. Also need MN. That’ll give u pretty good idea. U got the formula?
