With Olive out I have to go without James. Still furious I reversed because of all the talk he would get Origin. That means I keep DCE for now

3 types of players you should be bringing in

a) Final 17 gun
b) Cash out to allow final 17 gun
c) Round 17 player (who ideally also meets one of the first 2 criteria)

Tigers have released JJ Felise to Newcastle effective immediately

Oliver Clark has replaced him in the Tigers top 30 squad.

Both props, wouldn't expect either to see much game time this year

Croker = Gun
TPJ = Round 17 player who could be a gun if he keeps that edge spot.

Unless we can call Ben Hunt a gun, of course only if dropped for Game III.

As a Croker owner for the full season, id be very careful about throwing around the G word, unless its Gunderperformer. The bloke hasn't threatened a decent score all year. I've only kept him for the lack of a better option, although I'm hoping Hodgson might spur his scores on a little.

Planning some serious sideways trading in an attempt to climb the ranks, would love to finish in top 100.

Then after R17

Hodgson, Luke, TPJ, Hiku become Jturbo, Fifita, Matterson and $212k red dot

Only concern would be running on 2 trades for the last 10rds. id want minimum 4 from rd 18/19. Any way you can do one less trade in each rd?

Sorry, I've not been following the discussion on this one. No interest in Hoppa in the centres? If I needed a centre he would be on my radar this week. Most centres are a risk anyway

Can you get Cotric in?

Id love too hear thoughts on the option of getting a crud and cheap ctr, saving yourself 300k and putting that into a gun else where. Currently Croker averaging less than 40. If you had a ctr averaging 20. for 280k, it could mean having someone like Jurbo over Tapine, that might average 20-30 more.

Think its to risky though.

Hoppa is definitely an option.
