I would have thought Mbye was a better striker of the ball than Marsters.

They are both kicking at ~78% this year. its not like Marsters is a gun

Is Mbye to Aitken next week too much of a luxury trade? Not sure how a change of teen will affect his scores plus by moving Isaako to my WFB I can trade him to Turbo after next week. Probably unnecessary but not too crazy an idea right?

Taupau survived the 24hr player cut. Im going to assume he would be a game day decision. Would be surprised if he doesnt play unless there is a niggling injury we do not know about.

May be annoying if he only plays 40mins for 30 points or so. I have Sua as 18th man who should score 40+

I didn't know Martin was out and is Taupau officially ruled out too? I saw the article this morning but didn't know it had been confirmed. That'll teach me for only going back 3 pages here instead of 10

Edit: I see what happened lol it's R Martin and M Taupau

Yeah, lucky you just edited cause was going to be sad that you missed my joke. Very Happy

Nevertheless, it's not confirmed at all yet. I do think it might be Barrett's attempt to play silly buggers cause the tweet Marty tweeted when he returned indicated he was pumped to go, but I've never flown international so not sure how the whole jet lag thing affects you after the fact. I don't see Barrett resting him because they don't play next week.

I will give Stimson a miss.  Atm I have RFM>Holland and Fonua as bench placeholder for James or Farah so I can leave trades till last minute see any team changes and have better idea about cash I'll need for SJ etc next week

Lewis is tempting because he plays 17.
But whoever I choose will probably end up as my 18th man if there is a short term injury or suspension.
Surely in light of that, Fainu is the better choice with a higher prospect of finding a stop-gap 40.,

    Thoughts?

Fainu is probably the better choice if you want long term points (assuming he gets moved into the top 30 full time. As I understand it he is on;y playing at the moment because Lewis Brown is injured and Hastings got the flick)
Ideally you don't want to be relying on him for points though.

Lewis is probably the better choice if you are just after a cash out with Round 17 points.

Just have to hope for an explosive 40 minutes. I think he will play.

Yeah I missed it the first time haha took the second go to realise but at least I did.

Yeah hopefully he does play cuz I'm sure he'll have a lot of built up rage from United to run at the Panthers all night

Seriously thinking about this. Someone tell me I'm stupid and this is the perfect example of tearing your team apart for round 17 as the 120K I will save next week will be crucial.

if you trade Brimson in, will you trade him out again later to use any profits you make.

I would have thought any cash he'd make in the next few weeks would be pretty negligible and not worth spending a trade on.

Possibly he is worth it from a points perspective, but I would have thought Lewis at almost $150k cheaper would be the better punt.
