I thought he came on around 25 minutes into the first half and got injured start of second half?
In other news, VSDT just added Katoa's 20 to my score as Ted was a DNP. I know it will change...hopefully...

VSDT scores are now correct so Fantasy shouldn't be too far away.

I've already voiced my opinion on the earlier game.
Roosters were robbed at the end there. Went back and freeze framed on that final play and glasby qho charges the ball down is a solid 2m offside.
The problem is the refs started the season blowing penalties for stuff like this, and the league world collectively lost its mind, and basically forced the refs into backing down and blowing less penalties per game.
Can't have it both ways. If you are going to sue the number of penalties in a game as a marker for the quality of football, then you can't complain if they let a few things slide. Its not a feasible position to say refs should stop blowing so many penalties, except for when I want them to blow one.
I am talking about league fans collectively here, rather than any individual. I know there are people out there that didn't want the crackdown to end.

According to NRL site, which has the Smith 81 update.
RTS still on 47. Can't believe he didn't get a try save for, you know, saving Townsend's try.

FailHub better bring back the 25-man squads next year or I won't even bother to feign interest.. or how about actually giving us 2 trades a week.. as in ~50 trades for the season?
Lost RFM, Fitz and Fonua just last week.
Harris this week. Did someone mention Ramien copped a knock? Stats say he played 80, but can't trust those.
Kikau, Rapana, Matterson and RFM the first time all going down the weeks prior.
Then the Murray + Brown debacle a bit earlier.
and fkn rep round throwing question marks over Munster and Hiku tied my hands even more. Wanted to play Brimson over Hiku, but couldn't get word on whether Munster was playing, so had to leave Brimson as EME.
Fkn Crichton getting picked for origin just to rob me another 50 for Rd 13.
Just fkn beat the fk up.

See I don't entirely agree with this. I like the aspect of luck, and that trades are given a lot of meaning. I am happy with the 21 man bench over the 25 man bench. It makes it harder for everyone to start with the exact same cashcows as everyone else, and it means I spend less one trading out those 4 extra spots which saves me trades long term.
You have just been incredibly unlucky, which hurts and that many injuries and such would hurt any team. But that's life in a sense, it's unpredictable. If people never had players go down or uncertainty if they play. This game would be far to easy, and a lot less fun

also agree with this, if you just soley traded for injuries you would have plenty leftover, just shows how important non sideways trades are and being clever picking potential cows, starting team obviously also massively important and picking the right trades at the beginning selecting the best money making and scoring cowsRandom wrote:

That 70 from Aitken sat in Zora's centres is a kick in the balls vs the 23 from Mitchell in my team. Ouch!

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 57
When I got McInnes & he scored 45 I was not too impressed because I thought my other targets T. Harris & SJ would outscore him. They didn't & now T. Harris is injured so I sidestepped his injury & now SJ will be cheaper next week as he scored 19 points below his b/e. I hope captaining Cook over Smith doesn't bite me though.

Likely go RFM and Harris>McInnes and Milford next week. Would have liked to hold those trades but popular choices will hit most people

If Tohu could have squeezed out another 10 points I could have traded him to McInnes and been pretty happy. Now I will end up trading him for the Farah that I had settled on in the first place before my last minute brain explosion.
Literally (okay, ya got me- metaphorically) just flushed a trade down the toilet when I only have 4 left.
At least I have my final 17, but it's going to be tight watching these injuries until seasons end.

When I dislocated my elbow playing league years ago it happened exactly the same way as it did to Afoa. Lucky for me my elbow popped straight back in so I only missed 3 games. And the best bit was I got a cast that glowed in the dark. I used to take beautiful girls into a dark room & show them my glowing cast haha. Some of the best 3 weeks of my life

I'm with you on this side of the debate, you don't want to have to rely on luck to play this game. 21 man squads take the enjoyment out of the game
