Hopefully Luai gets another run this week with the Friday night Panthers' game. Maybe filling in for DWZ or giving Cleary/Maloney a rest... fingers crossed

Fifi Surgess
Lolo Brown Martin
DCE SJ
Teddy RTS Mbye
Cook McInnes Farah Arrow
Ponga Lewis Fainu Holland
2 Trades left and no money lol. RTS as an 18th man shouldn't be too bad. Hurts not having Taupau or JTurbo but I'll have to live. 600 odd ranking. Here's hoping for no injuries.
If all four of Cook, Arrow, DCE and Teddy don't back up (unlikely) would you use a trade or play 16 for the round to hold the trade?

Surely in the US they could've shot their way out!

Back up to 2nd with 566 for the round. Closed a bit on Zora but the gap is still massive.
Essentially I need pod Fitz to get back into the trys to have any hope. Cotric also to shift to full back and pump out regular 50s

Could force my hand on trading Ponga, but given my crap ranking I'd probably just hold lol.

I just had a look at my team & have 7 origin players (Jurbo, DCE, Mitchell, Tedesco, Turbo, Cook & Arrow). I hope at least some of them back up so I can put 17 out.

Most backed up last time right?
I recall the Souths lads didn't so Im assuming the same will happen again and am I right in saying Penrith has already stated Cleary and Maloney will be rested?
Otherwise Im assuming the rest back up.
I guess the main concerns will be DCE the TRBros, + Munster and Kaufusi (if relevant). Those guys play Saturday...

Anyone able to advise on who to shift out for Farah?
The likely candidates are Murray, Kickass, Fifita, Surgess, Ponga, TPJ.
I'm wavering between Murray (who is a gun, but looks starved for minutes), Ponga (but I'll want him back in later), and Fifita (for tasty cash, and his minutes look down anyway.
Cheers!

Murray, no question. No point holding him, hoping for an injury to their starting pack. That said, if Crichton rests this week he may be useful for one more week.. but I probably wouldnt trade any of the others out over him.

Team with 4 trades left:
Cook
Fifita, Arrow
Lolo, Surgess, Martin
SJ, DCE
Aitken, Hopoate
Teddy, RTS, Walker
Smith, McInnes, Kikau, Farah
Graham, Lewis, Holland, Ponga*
Brimson > Farah leaves me with 3 trades
Gonna have to leave one of RTS/Walker out of the squad when Farah returns which is a bit of a pain

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 59
I could use a second trade to bring in another FRF/2RF to add some more cover.
Ponga can become anyone if I'm happy to run that backline

That's the key there. But it only delays the decision on Murray briefly, and would cost an extra trade to bring Farah in now. Righto, I'm sold. Cheers mate!

There’s no chance of any Manly players being rested.Rippin and Tearin wrote:

If they’re fit they will play.

LOL. Supercoach is so funny. I play it, but not as seriously as NRLFantasy and Sportsdeck.... but my rd 17 score (updates pending) is my highest of the year! (1230)

Anybody looking for a NPR cashout who plays late in the round for some reason, (I can't think why) then I made this chart for you to help in your decision process.
The numbers indicate the game number for the weekend, i.e. 1 = Thu, 8 = last game Sun

They would have been too big to get down there!

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 59
When will there be news on Tapine getting suspended?
Tempted to not make any changes this week.
Players on top of the list to move out. Hiku (only playing because Ponga is out), Tapine & Alvaro.
Don't want to get rid of all three due to trade availability.
If Tapine is out, Ill bring in Arrow, Taupau or Farah
