Im starting to wonder if I should just go DCE to Taupau and say to hell with Ponga. It wouldn’t make a difference if Isaako kept hitting 40s

The only word on Holland I can find is from Wacko and Im not sure how much to read into what he says lately. He seems to just see things we all see and make a call from there, giving the impression it must be true as something adds up. Sometimes what he says feels like assumptions anyone of us make everyday.

He also says Latrell could be rested but won't know until Saturday.

Looking like it will be an interesting week, with all the restings and people running out of trades. I expect to see a few panic trades and teams of 15-16. Should be good.

Thinking that already. If for some reason, Holland Mitchell and Teddy are out I will have to trade in 2 backs instead of Farah and 1 back.

    My available backs are:

    Croker, Aitken
    Cotric, Teddy, Hiku

    in EMG

So if teddy doesn't play, ill just play one short. Don't see the value in making a trade to cover a position for one week.

Yeah I couldn't find anything to back up the Holland comment. Remember he said last week that Su'a wouldn't play. Sometimes it's just his opinion.

I think a lot of us could make more convincing calls than he could sometimes.

    I reckon you're right.

(rolls dice) ... ok then, so the Panthers lost ... (rolls dice) Aekins out with ... (rolls dice) a torn meniscus ... huh.

Actually that's kinda credible. Maybe the dice know about that time the Mummy cursed Penrith's #1 jersey?

I don't want to be too hard on wacko because he does give a lot back to both sc & fantasy. He does answer endless questions re trade advice & helping people sort out their teams & tries to make available every bit of information he has available. At the end of the day it's on us to investigate ourselves if he raises issues with players.

Yeah, agree with this. Even the bad calls at least trigger discussion. Chatting about this stuff is just as fun tbh

I've said this before that the facebook group "sc addicts" has an endless supply of credible club information. It is a closed group but just click "join" & it's as easy as that. Whenever wacko tweets something I go straight to sc addicts & if they are discussing what wacko tweeted then I know wacko was on track.

Oh I agree. He is right on a lot of occasions and I check his mail each week. Gives you a chance to think of other scenarios instead of a player just not playing an hour before kickoff.

He does seem very active and helpful and doesn't seem to be a dick like the Mole was.

@ wackos - Souths Britt & Brittain have dropped out of the 20 man squad with Siebold making no changes to the 17 named on tlt........sounds promising for the origin players.

That's good. I reckon though as a Crichton owner I wouldn't be surprised to see him benched.

I think he'd be gtg since he played off the bench in origin. I don't know what minutes he played but it couldn't of been more than 40. I think he'll be raring to go.

He played 53, but yeah, he will be fine.

Jack Wighton suspended for 10 matches and fined $30,000 by the NRL. Stay tuned for Canberra response
