Half tempted to just run Hoppa and Holland and hope the Bulldogs have some crazy run to end the season.

Widdop, Johnston and RTS all need to go, but I can realistically only upgrade two of them.

Should I:

a) Trade Widdop to Cleary, and RTS to Latrell, and just hold AJ as an EMG to save the last trade

b) Trade AJ to a nuff, RTS to Tedesco and hold Widdop

c) Trade Widdop to a nuff, RTS to Tedesco and then AJ for another gun forward or CTR/WFB

d) Trade Widdop to Cleary, AJ to a nuff and hold RTS

There's no need to trade RTS.  Trade Widdop and AJ.  You could run Brimson and Lewis too if need be.

Just run with what you have. With only 2 trades left you really don't have a choice but you have a solid 17 & plenty of back up so just save the 2 trades for injuries.

Thats a pretty good team, just a bit unlucky with Aitken and Cotric at the moment.

Im even thinking about Alvaro for a POD for the last 5 weeks. (Along with about 10 other players)

Love watching Alvaro play, was devo to see him get knocked so early into his second stint. His work rate is insane, Loves a flop too. If only he loved an offload.

I think his love for a concussion or two is my only concern (he's had a couple this year?), but guy is a beast. Amazing PPM.

To be honest, I don't really rate his potential as a pod. His ceiling isn't high enough to be worth the risk, solid for a player to push out consistent 50s, but very rarely does he go into 70s or anything. At this point of the game, I don't think its a good trade In. Unless youre replacing someone shithouse. Id say Surgess would be better. But I cant bring myself to use a 5th trade on bringing him in, after already using 4 on the spud so far.

I feel ya my Liverpool brother but if you use up your trades & get injuries then I'd take crap scoring numpties over zero scoring numpties any day.
