None of them really. Kikau or TPJ. If TPJ was 100% fit then I'd consider him myself.

Just read that not a single player who was charged with fighting in the weekend's melee will be suspended.

Fines all round. And unless the NRL have changed it and lets be honest their ineptitude is highlighted in the next sentence, so they havent.  It's 3 times under the fine rule before you get a suspension. Chambers dodged a bullet because the law was worded poorly and they successfully argued that it was after 3 not the 3rd infraction.

Just updating my injury lists for Rd 19 onwards.

In the last 5 rounds, we've had 63 injuries including 12 season-enders (season ending for fantasy purposes, if they're due back rd 1 of the finals then I'm considering it a season-ender).

That is 2+ fantasy-season ending injuries per round.

    Not including suspensions in this.

When I posted something on this a few pages back - being quite drunk at the time (and I've not gone back to see how appalling it was)... I tried a number of times to type out 'melee'. Impossible

I think he might be pretty close to it.

Might use my last trade on Surgess to TPJ.

He played 62 minutes with no sign of him struggling with his recent injuries. I don't think he got medical attention once in the game.

Ironically Tolo being out benefited me as I played Kurt Mann instead for 62 points. I'd say that was probably quite good on average compared to the other 17th men teams would have had to field. Scored 919 for the round.

Team now in 44th and 127 points of 108th Wink

Interestingly I've now navigated the last 7 rounds without a trade and have basically maintained my ranking (although cant be sure as I cant seem to find a ranking history).

Good luck to everyone for the remaining two rounds especially to @zorasdomain and @Verbal Kint who have both been legends this year!

Tolo out was good for me too. My actual 18th man is useless whenever I need him (Surgess) but my new favourite player (Lewis) got me 64 instead which was nice. 2nd place traded Tolo to Crichton and had Lewis on his bench so at least I had one up on him.

Thanks for the luck. I will need every bit of it that I can get.
And good luck to you too. You've been a great help to me and many others around here this season.

Any front rowers under $700k worth swapping Surgess or Arrow to?

Or just run with one of them for the last 2 weeks and hope they come good.

With out looking, Papali? I thought he was about that 700k mark. In true raiders style he has picked it up in last few rds.

Bloody hell people who had to play guys like Mann and Lewis for 60+ scores.

I had Walker and Arrow at 18/19th man and neither made it over 40.

Ill tell you all right now, the strategy of having 'very good' backups does not work. Put more money into your starting 17

Martin to Harris (if Harris is named) and Fainu at JAC. The Fox has titans and panthers to see out the season. He will want to cement his lead for most tries and will be some broken play for him these next two weeks

Lewis is technically my 20th man so I definitely didn't have to play him. But my "better" players are way out of form so I was just lucky that I took a punt on him and it actually paid off.
