McInnes and RTS are the 2 I guessed you'd be choosing between. Didn't think you'd go for Tolo after last time you captained him.
    Please don't kill RTS.

What do you think of the #LaneTrain as a POD captain? I'm on the fence between him and RTS, or playing safe with Cleary

McInnes has been doing ok, captaining RTS would be ballsy

You just need Fitzy to score 80+ the next couple games and you'll be sweet!

Quite a few guys which are not cows as such, but that should be undervalued based on this year too. TPJ stands out to me as a guy that if injury free should be way undervalued. Cleary had a string of crappy games this year + an injury which should make him a bit undervalued. I reckon Kikau could develop into a gun next year. Others on my radar will be RTS, Croft, Tevaga, L Leilua, Val Holmes, Lodge, Radley, and Brimson? All could have a decent amount of value...

Should really start making a list huh!

    Murray first pick for me.

Some of these players will be my mid range options

That's a very good list. My list also includes Croft, Aekins, Meaney, Katoas, Flanagan, Aubbs, Abbey, Shibaseki, TWright, Goosie, Tatola, Hipgrave, Vave, Guler, Molo, Douhickey and Lam.

Depends how much you have to lose. I'm the wrong person to ask because I've been playing it safe to stay ahead for most of the season, but am dying to do something crazy. If I had nothing to lose by doing so, I'd captain the hell out of whoever I wanted.
I'm not sure if how Lane has been scoring when he doesn't get a try. Knows how to find the line but I'm hoping Manly self-destruct and Tigers destroy them.

He's had 2 low 50s scores in the last 2 weeks with no tries. Majority of his points come from tackles and run metres. He can get 50 in pure base or 60-70 with a try or two, since he gets like 70 minutes a week now

Manly gave up last week. Appalling. I think they'll get smashed and I'm worried about DCE.......

I also think one of Clifford or Morgo will be in the list! With no JT running the show one of these two will have to step up. We saw Morgo do it last year, but Clifford looks like with some confidence and game time could be a gun.

I forgot to add C. Murray & Egan to my list. Katoa seems to be dropped now because his defense & dummy half service was rubbish in the last game & Ciraldo dragged him. Next year Egan could be the cheaper hooker to pair up with Cook.

@ wackos & nrl physio - Ponga ruled out of the Sharks game due to his ankle injury. It also says possible season ending with only 2 games left.

45 point average playing 55 min+ this season without tries.

To be honest Im not a fan of looking at a players stats that way though cause in the case of lane you end up dropping 1/3 of his games.

I think the way to look at his scores are that he has average 51 when playing 55min+ this season, has a floor of ~40 and quite a high ceiling of 75 with a decent likelihood of punching above his average given his try strike rate. There are more consistent options out there though with higher floors and better averages but you have to pay for it!

I think he's not a bad guy to bring in at the moment if you are on a bit of a budget and trying to make up ground.

Which trade do you like for my last trade:
    (a) Aitken out - TPJ in or
    (b) Aitken out - Kikau in or
    (c) Doueihi out - Egan in

I think Kikau (v Warriors) potentially will outscore TPJ (v Roosters) but TPJ more of a differential with 11% ownership as opposed to Kikau's 28% ownership. I know Egan has pretty big wraps on him & there is currently no hooker on the Panthers bench. Katoa is no. 18. May is on the bench so maybe he spells Egan at hooker. Cheers.

Ponga being out just ruined that, as I can't afford to go Ponga to Lane like I want to. Thinking of going Ponga to either Latrell, Josh Papalii or Coen Hess, or maybe JAC as a sneaky POD
