pulled a team together, no point posting it, very cookie cutter and heavily influenced from forum chatter, now the long wait until trials to start chopping and changing in earnest.

Lone Scout lied and said it was opening Wednesday...
Anyway good to be back and to start wasting my life on fantasy again
Nice to see they have a stats centre but it would be nice to see what I was ranked from last season because I don't even remember haha.

Welcome back legend. Hope the comedic match write-ups make a return!
The key learnings was a whole lot of nonsense in loopholing which wasn’t helpful to those off timezone or not in the loop hole thread
That plus you can now have 8 hookers or halves. The game is basically like one of your house parties now mate. Plenty of poop holes and hookers

I'm not sure I'll have enough time to be honest to do the write ups.
Not sure about the hookers but certainly plenty of 7s haha.

Oh dear, put together a team and have, like, three servicable players for the first bye round. Bye planning from the off is not the be and end all, but you need at least half an eye that you're scoring for 12 rounds not 11 and not spunking trades.
So, let's look at some Eels... opinions on Gutherson plus predicted minutes for Alvaro/Lane/NBrown in pack?

Good rankings DK but what happened between 2012-2014, dig you let your dog manage your team.
Looks like I went through a rough patch in life doesnt it! Funny you mentioned my dog because I got him in 2012 which coincided with the start of the bad run. Named him Parker after captaining CP all year in 2011 Sportsbet fantasy which I won.

I would say welcome back Archer, but I don’t live back there myself but welcome back to the forum ol mate! First day back myself.
Happy new season gents from your favourite guns and cows degen from way back.
Just did a bit of offline catching up. Most jealous that’s DK managed to record finishing positions for all these years we’ve been playing. How you managed that through no doubt countless phones and laptops and potentially email addresses I’ll never know! I’m flat out remembering my wedding ring when I move house
Great work Alfie (and great avatar) on the forward rotation minutes estimates. I think they should be a live evolving list. Page 1 of every new thread material. Look forward to the tinker. Thanks to MTB the enabler! Love the new team feature. Another case of coldies coming your way this season pal.
Bring on the real money leagues again!!
Have kept a final ranking screenshot every year. A nice trip down memory lane looking at the old game interfaces as well.

2018 wrap up
Pre-season into about round 8 - the site is missing lots of functionality, and the app doesn't work at all.
Round 8-16 - The new loophole is insane
Round 17-18 - turns out this new loophole averages out to getting about 1 extra point a week, and means being logged on for 72 consecutive hours during the weekend,
Round 19-23 - Hang on a minute, the overall winner is probably going to be zoras or verbal. This website is killing it this year
Rounds 24-25 - Oh, fuck.

Report from @TripleM_NRL that Greg Inglis is expected to miss the first 1-2 weeks of the NRL season. Inglis is dealing with minor soreness & swelling in his left knee (same knee he required an ACL reconstruction in 2017). He is also reportedly “15kgs over his playing weight”

Milchy wrote:Jack Bird is tempting for many people to fill a torublesome centre spot, but last year he played 4 games at centre for scores of 10, 37, 16 and 21. Not very inspiring
Averaged low-mid 30s at centre for cronulla, which is where the temptation comes from, but I have a few doubts about him.
Cheap enough that he'll probably get a run for me anyway
I probably won't start him but he is cheap enough to have as a benchie

Can anyone save me the trouble of going through the rules, is the loophole still there?

No changes to the rules, loop still there.
Also, number of trades not changed, so its still impossible to field 17 in both bye rounds (like last year max is 33 players over 2 rounds, which is all but impossible)
To be eligible for the "early" league creator prize, you need to fill your league (16 players or more) by the end of round 1
Scoring unchanged, so the pricing is a few points off the 2018 average for some players (reasoning unknown)
