Whitehead all day regardless mate, priced at 37, if he’s playing lock 45-50, edge 45

Until Abbey, Oldfield, Leilua, Cotric, Croker go down and he gets shifted to ctr.

Black widow syndrome. Maybe Bateman gets that role this year though.StormTrooper96 wrote:

45's priced at 37 is good and all, but the real for shizzle is finding those guys priced 38-42 that are going to get 50+, meaning they don't require trading until you get your final team together/byes/or not at all. Cam Murray's a good example if it pans out how we expect. Others will be tougher to find.

I'm not convinced he's a keeper by any stretch but he's super appealing because he's priced a lot cheaper at about 31.4 as far as I can tell.

The beauty is that Bateman gets shifted to centre first. Whitehead is definitely on my radar, Bateman isn't.

Absolute gold if he can get 50's again. The year he got avg 50 could be the anomaly though?

I can see it being like this
8. Soliola
9. Hodgson
10. Papalii
11. Tapine
12. Whitehead
13. J. Bateman
14. Havili
15. Soliola
16. L. Bateman
17. Sutton/Lui
Soli is a beast. But won’t take two spots in the team. Not sure about havili in there with Bateman having played hooker for uk. He might fill the last 10 at hooker and replace havili.

Re: 2019 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 3
What's everyone's thoughts on Barba V Mansour?
In 2016 Barba averaged 40 or so and surely he was a main pivot in attack. Now, moving to the Cowboys he has open space opened up by Lolo's monster carries which sounds great on paper until you realise he basically had Fifita in 2016 for those opportunities. He also moves to a new team which is always risky.
Mansour is and has been the ultimate boom/busting winger. How did he do with Dylan Edwards at the back? Edwards has been known to be a strong runner of the ball out of his own half and that could affect Mansour's run metres potentially. But we do know that Penrith should be an attacking force this year as always.
