    Which on would you prefer?

    1) Shaun Lane + Moeaki Fotuaika
    2) IPapali'i + LLeilua

This may well be happening, but the bloke "reporting" it on twitter (@readingtheplay) has been wrong many more times than he's been right with his "mail". Just wish this kind of crap wasn't spread around unless or until there are actual facts to be made public. He's probably worse than the Mole with the crap he spreads.

Yeah, if either Fotuaika or Leilua start then they will probably be in everyone's team.

Kahu 287k kicking goals for the Cowboys at fullback, available at centre. Talk me out of it.

Kahu will average 8 points per functioning knee he has.

If Kahu goes to the Cows, hopefully everyone gets him. That will give me an advantage in one position at least.

I actually don't think its going to happen.

To be honest, if Kahu does get starting fullback at the cowboys, I'll strongly consider him for my bench.

Cheap enough, and could average OK. It would depend on the reliability of other cheapies named in round 1

If Shaun Lane locks down an 80 minute role next to Moses with Ferguson on their edge is he the worst option? Scores at a high PPM and Brad Arthur chased him pretty hard.
The playing group is putting pressure on Brennan to start Fotuaika round 1 - start that is not on the bench. Is in the same mould as Haas and has a great work ethic.
    Both play round 12.

Has anyone put much thought into round 12 at all because its very slim pickings. Eels, Titans, Panthers, Raiders, Sea Eagles, Bulldogs, Cowboys, Rabbitohs.

6 of last years bottom 8 sides. The players that are any good will either make origin, aren't value or have a lot of risk associated to them.

Previously I was an avid Bye planner, but after last season I've decided not to do any planning until closer to origin.

The discussion cam about last year where if you picked someone who averages say 50 and misses the first bye round and doesn’t play origin you end up with 1,200 points (24x50). If you sacrifice that for someone who average 40, plays rd 12 then trade to someone averaging 50 plays second bye, say you trade them straight after rd 12 you are only getting 1,130 points (12x40 + 13x50).

round 12 will be pretty bad this year, if some decisions between two similar players aren't made in favour of round 12 players I can see teams struggling to even field 10

Last season round 12 was ok. looks like it's the other way around this season
