I have got Twal, Tolman, Matterson, Crichton, Arrow, Radley, Murray, Gillet, & Fotuaika all in the same team.

You can rate my team if you like.

He's only returned to full contact recently so it's just a precaution so imo he'll be sweet round 1. I have to admit though it made me think as an Angus owner. What concerns me more is how many games will it take Angus to gel with a new team & ideally I'd want him playing as many trial games as possible so the gelling period is shorter.

You could probably make an argument about starting with neither of Jurbo or A. Crichton:
Jurbo - new coach Dessie loves his forwards to pass the ball a lot so does he try & turn Jurbo into more of a ball playing lock who passes before the line
    A. Crichton - new team, new coach, coming off surgery so how long does it take for him to adjust. Also he'll be on the right edge & the Roosters attack more down the left edge. However Angus is a base stats boss & he'll be running off Cronk.

Been out of the loop for a week or so. Twal back in sides. Is he starting again now? Capewell out of some teams, is he not going to start now? And katoa the 80 minutes favourite over Egan now?

Twal- Wishful thinking by fantasy enthusiasts

Capewell- People starting to panic and finding value elsewhere

Katoa- All rumours for now, nobody knows.

Guess it's a wait and see approach. See how he gets through the trail vs manly first. Could take him a few games to get going, took teddy a few games then there was no looking back.

It probably took half a season for Teddy to relax, stop trying to do too much and get used to playing in a decent team, but doubt it'll take a 2rf that long. Just make your tackles and run good lines outaide Cronk and you'll be sweet.

As a side note, I see Teddy's expecting to kick goals in the WCC, though suppose that job will go back to Latrell for the season.

    Yes

Even if named at 13 you’re looking at a 50-55 ceiling whereas Cook, Smith, Macca, Friend, Api all have 80+ ceilings. Unless you’re going to go a gun in the frf or 2ndrf you’ll lose big on your captaincy option.

The rumour was never that Twal was going to start at lock. The rumour was that Elijah Taylor wouldn't and everyone just thought Twal would score well there so started picking him in there team.
As far as I know nothing has changed from there. Can't see any lineups from the closed door trial the Tigers played against the Dogs during the week to see how they ran out, wouldn't have been full strength anyway.

There was some articles talking up Briton Nikora, who is also selectable at CTR and is much cheaper. No real news on who is preferred. Best guess is 2 of Sorensen, Capewell, Nikora will start in round 1.

There was a fluff article on Katoa that had the phrase 80 minutes in it.

Just remember that this time last year everone had Craig Garvey in their teams. We're literally just playing around.

Also this time last year many people were very nervous about putting Cook in their teams because they thought Robbie Farah would take too much game time off him.

    Haha. That’s good.

Yes we will see spikes with Fifitas or Haas or overreaction to CNK, Brown or Mahoney but everything right now is as weak as it was a week ago. Maybe worse, because some think they have information now!
