So surgess confirming switch to second row all but cements Murray’s spit at lock. What’s Surgess stats at 2RF, are we all assuming he would also spend time in lock/FRF?

Also boys I’m happy to watch the Storm v Warriors trial tomorrow night and jot down some stats for everyone because I’m sure we all know failhub will try to cock up some sort of chook scratch on the app about scores and what not

Broncos forward pack is brilliant, no doubts the coach will be rotating and freshening up forwards, and with Gillett to return from injury, too many ifs and buts about that pack

Pretty good you have 13 of my starting 17 right:
Cook
J. Paulo, Fotuaika
Arrow, Kikau, Murray
Cleary, D. Brown
Holland, Nikora
Drinkwater, Edwards, CNK
Mahoney, Egan, TPJ, Burr
Keighran, A. Hopoate, Lomax. Allan
tbh the minutes that Paulo & Fotuaika play is a worry but if both start & score 40-45 each I'll be happy. I still have the option of downgrading Cleary to Morgan to upgrade both props. If both Egan & Nikora don't start then I will need a new approach.
My Cook team -
Cook
Fifita, Tolman
Arrow, TPJ, Murray
Morgan, Brown
Holland, Nikora
Drinkwater, Edwards, CNK
Mahoney, Stimson, Egan, Burr
Lomax, Keigharn, Allan, Hoppa

With the Storm looking to offload 3 players, maybe Vete might get a prop bench spot?

@MrCashman that is all a load of crock mate. All storm officials have come out saying it’s a bunch of shit, come check anything you want, nothings going on here. Media just being media, no news so tryna make news. Every year every club is reviewed for salary cap issues. It can sometimes take 2-3 years to even review one year.

Also Rennings is now officially a Tiger. Surely this makes Allan pretty juicy? AJ to wing with GI in the CTR and Allan at the back?

Allen may play fullback for 1-2 rounds to begin but the NOTORIOUSLY old man Bennett has stated his intention for GI to be his number 1. Depending on TLT cashies he may be a goer still though.

Back in the day he was a gun but now imo he's too old, been out of the nrl too long & I doubt his body can handle it because he's always got some injury. If his body can't handle a soft game like rugby then how is he going to handle league.

Bit of wishful thinking, AJ will play FB maybe 1 or 2 weeks but GI will be there. Wayne’s big on having experience in the FB position.

Just a thought on the possible selection of Drinkwater to replace Billy at number 1. There's no doubt Billy is one of the best fullbacks to ever play the game and how could someone like Drinkwater possibly outscore him?
I would like to put forward a nice little what-aboutism - What about when Munster took over Billy? He definitely was fantasy relevant.

I read somewhere months ago that the whole "GI to fullback" is just a smokescreen for Allan to play FB..

Ethan Lowe will apparently be heading to Redfern now, might juggle the Souths forward pack around

Wouldn't surprise me. Clint loves a good smokescreen.
Alright, everybody back on the Corey Allen bus. Except you Ivan, you know why.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 thread part 7
Burr is creeping into more and more teams as part of the playing 17?
What are people expecting of him? 30 points? 40 points? the next Simon Mannering
Is he another John Palavi (Warriors starting lock in round 1 2014, scored 24 points in round 1. And 12 points total for the rest of the season)
