If they fire, ya laughing, if they dud it, quick jump onto whoever is firing? Or should I run with the likes of Turbo, Hughes/Skullbeer, Dedwards/Catson? With the cheapies in my 18-21?
So many thoughts and pretty much no answers because this game is 99.9999969 percent chance and luck.
You know what, best bet, go with the gut. If only I could make a team full of Lewis Browns and Maubbs

Cheers.

Burr is creeping into more and more teams as part of the playing 17?
What are people expecting of him? 30 points? 40 points? the next Simon Mannering
Is he another John Palavi (Warriors starting lock in round 1 2014, scored 24 points in round 1. And 12 points total for the rest of the season)

Will start a new thread over the weekend for discussion on entry and prize breakdown. For those who weren't in it, this is how we ran it last year:
-$50 buy in
-ended up at $1650 total prize pool
-MTB took home $850 of our hard earned, and deservedly so after his one man nrlfantasy.com.au site worked better then the official one
-DK took the runner up $400; Russ the $200 3rd prize; and Milchy with the $200 Weekly
-entry by PayPal which means it's a safe transfer
-happy to set up the same or shake it up depending on the vox pop
It would be great to get things up in the 2k or 3k zone this year whether by increased numbers or increased stake. A $1000 plus first prize would be awesome!!!
Feel free to throw some ideas around now or wait till the new thread is running.

I'm a MASSIVE Drinkwater fan boy, but if you think Meaney is going to get to 600k then you have to pick him first. Essentially that means they will score around the same for your team and Meaney will earn you the extra 400k that you got to spend somewhere else by NOT picking Drinkwater in the first place.
I have no idea about Meaney's potential personally, but I hope that makes sense.

I'm keen starting Drinkwater, I've got a gut feeling he can be one of the fantasy succes stories this season

All 25 were lower than their season average, over the first five rounds.
Its probably meaningless. The heat in the early rounds obviously plays a part, some match fitness, and the ref crackdown to start last season really slowed alot of games down. It looks like the ref crackdown is CANCELLED this year!
If anyone has some numbers they'd like to see, let me know and I'll try if I can work them out.
