Brown would have pissed off so many people with his "1 week" injury last year I assume most people want to dodge him anyway . But how long will he and Ma'u stay benched?

Looks to me like trialing Lane, Niukore and Moeroa for 1 starting spot with Ma'u and Brown locked in

Brown coming back from injury, hopefully comes of the bench for a couple of weeks to lose a bit of cash and then trade him in. Or could just be for the trail.

If they don't sign Segeyaro, and with young Brayley injured, who would be bench hooker? Flanagan?

There was talk over the off-season of Flanagan coming on as half with Townsend switching to hooker, although that was back when Flanagan's dad was coach.

What's an acceptable amount of money in the bank to start the season

Was just playing around with the BE and price calculator on the actual fantasy website & nrlfantasycom.au and if a rookie gets around 55 they will rise to 260k after the first week, so if you miss out on selecting them in round 1, an amount of 50k left should cover you

It's currently a factor in me deciding between Twal (0k left) and Radley (48k left) for the bench. Although Radley doesn't offer FRF cover

Luckily the Katoa pick was a poor one

He easily could've averaged 35 if SJ was playing right side

Anyone know the hold up on the rest of the trial teams. I want to procrastinate but not seeing any new teams is making my procrastination less productive

my tv broke wrote:Somewhat pointless stat time - the average of all players who started at Centre in 2018 was 31.2, compared to those named on of the Wing, where the average was 29.5.

Its interesting that we all generally lean towards a centre over a winger, but the overall averages (taking nothing else into account, other than where they were named to start a game), are almost the same.

A bit of work for you than.
How do the top 5 or 10 scorers in each of these position compare?

CS9 has a BE of 60, that is massive! I’m sorry I know it has been said the last few years, but I think this is the year guys. Don’t get me wrong I think he will still average 55 but I think it won’t be 60.

I know most people want to keep some monie in the bank but I started last year with minimum balance. My first round trade was Katoa to Doueihi ( same price). Next round Lichaa($532K) and Croft($509k) were shown the door for Griffin($475k) & Murray($567k). It worked out fine for me.

There is no correct answer to this puzzle. I guess, it's important to get the people you want in your team first and worry about the money later. Perhaps!!

For me, this includes Lane, Twal, Matterson, Koroisau, Tapine, Soliola, I Paialii, D Fifita, Radley, Bateman and a few others. On looking at the list, predominantly from teams I don't follow closely at all... of course squad list Tuesday might shed some light on a few things, but not much light. Maybe datsun 180b interior light brightness....

Lane and Twal in particular for me.
