Really makes me want to target the sub 500k bracket for my WFBs (Mansour, Moylan, Gutho, Wighton, CNK, BMoz) and then there's the possible cheapies.

Gives me the money to get the guys I want everywhere else.

At the moment I’m with Moylan Gutho and RTS

Not bad that mate. I'm so far looking at Mansour, CNK, BMoz. At the very least they hold their price.
If I get lucky they can jump 100k and be easier upgrade to guns.

Would love CNK to have C dual position too, match him with Capewell, sort a few headaches.

Or Gutho, he is dual in SuperCoach

No holland at centre mate? Atm I have Holland/Nikora at CTR. Think I have talked myself into going sub 500k in the backs

I’m with you boys. Have moved right away from spending big in the backs. Teddy quiet pre-season, Turbo injured, Ponga out of position is helping the cause.

Too many points I want to buy in the forwards and at hooker!

Yes boy!. Now the key is finding the right balance of points and money making ability.
    That will be tough.

I think CNK, Kahu, Moylan/Gutho could be interesting if you wanted to go cheap FBs

Trials feel a bit like a first date. Guys pull out all the stops to impress the boss. But when it comes down to the hard grind of the season they tend to let it slip a bit.

I have a few questions regarding my team, thoughts?

    Mahoney
    A Fifita, LAM
    IPap, Murray, Arrow
    Cleary, Widdop
    Holland, Nikora
    RTS, CNK, Lomax

    Hampton, Stimson, Paulo, Keighran/CHT

    DBrown, Allan, Ravalawa, Xerri

    $120K ITB

Notes: Once Widdop gets dual, I'll likely play DBrown over Lomax and put Widdop in my WFB.

    My questions are:

    - Is Hampton a good enough backup hooker to Mahoney? He looked pretty good last year at centre and fullback and seems to have a centre spot locked down, and if not that then it'd be fullback.

    - Is LAM worth it as a 2nd prop? I really rate him at the Warriors, he seems like he'll get more minutes there and he's a PPM machine. Other options if I don't go with him are Joe O, TPJ, Vaughan etc.

    - Is Junior Paulo a bad idea for a depth prop and bench player? He runs hard and from what I've heard, Parra are running a 3 forward bench which really helps him (and considering Mahoney didn't go off when Smith came on, it shouldn't affect him).

    Cheers lads

All pretty confidential at the moment but not a good look for the game we all love

RTS was Dally-M player of the season last year. Is there really much upside there?

SJ not being in the team you would assume the plan is for RTS to be even more involved in the attack.... so i think there is yes.

He could win it again with a 50pt fantasy average.

They should all average north of 30+ points.
I think due to price CNK and Kahu will be in there.

Who would you take out of Moylan/Guthrie/Wighton*.
