Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 11
There's an article on nrl.com suggesting that the Sharks won't sign Segeyaro and that'll have them cap compliant to start the season once they sign another base contract player and they'll then have to shed another mid-tier player before June 30.

Not sure about NZ having any international games during the origin period, but how do you cope with your guns being out with international duty on top of players being unavailable due to byes?
NZ are playing Tonga in the Origin period if that is any help.

I dont know where this idea came from, but there is no such rule that says the last player signed has to be released.
Whatever the rule, if they are over the cap, then sign Segeyaro and release Segeyaro, if nothing else happens they'll still be over the cap.

Adrianoooo wrote:What is the argument for going against Capewell and opting for Holland? Besides slight concern over minutes he seems the better option
2018
Capewell average as starter - 39
Holland average at centre (without goal kicking) - 44
Both are priced under 30, so both look like good value, but IMO Holland looks a little better.
I'll probably start with both, but Capewell is the first one to make way

Annoyingly for ma I can't straight swap Stimson for Capewell or Sironen without downgrading elsewhere.

Wouldn't he be out because of back niggle from trial so worth parking on bench saving a trade later?

Another Q, is it worth downgrading Cook to someone like macca so I can get a gun forward like taumalolo in? I just can’t see Cook maintaing his 2018 level so his price should be coming down to a more reasonable price since 970k is an absurd amount. I can pick him up then. And I don’t see Macca being my hooker at end of season

I have Cook, but will probably do this. If you think Macca is going to get back to 60's then it makes sense.

Not going to hold him at that price. What if 1 week turns into 2 or 3? Or he comes back off the bench.
There are plenty of decent options available at a similar price bracket

What was Macca minute average last season? More likely 80 with no Bennett? Or was already close last season.

Just having a bit of a look at Jayden Brailey. If he is going to play 60+ minutes he'll be useful.
With no Blayke or Segeyaro who would the Sharks play at hooker? Flanagan?
