Has me considering RTS for the first time this pre-season

Yep I've been playing FPL as well this season, but continually get trolled by good fixtures. But I'd say the NRL is more predictable than the PL

Yep form over fixtures every day of the week, but until we know the form, this is helpful!

The only problem with the metric "they're against X top 8 teams from last year" is that with players moving clubs, some teams have strengthened and some teams have been weakened since last year. e.g. without SJ can Warriors take advantage of those good fixtures

I’m a bit pissed off that Stimson wasn’t named. One trap less. Also, re Inglis. If he plays one game on the right, that will be it. If so, it’s to mark Mitchell, then he’ll be back on the left. Like Aardvark, I think Wayne’s having a lend and wouldn’t be surprised if he leaves Gagai there......he is a SOO player after all. Some people here think the press is ‘gospel’. Pro tip : it’s not.

I kind of feel like Warriors pinned too much on SJ. It was basically hit the line hard 4-5 times and pass it to SJ and hope. Now Warriors have to rely on themselves. Might see more growth around the park. I also see it as a big positive for SJ. He doesn't have to force it anymore and can just play what he sees which is his forte

Anyone that went fixtures last year would have struggled.

Tigers had a tough draw but killed it for he first month. Roosters and Storm, both struggled with their easy draw.

Trades are more precious in NRL than FPL as well so its a bigger commitment to bring someone in just for a run of good fixtures

His last 2 years have been 26 and 29. You are betting on him seeing significant increase in output. He has done that before, but how long ago?

Morris is actually getting close to being in my team than a month ago, but its more because I am losing faith in other WFBs, rather than gaining faith in BMoz

Bmoz is in my team.. I feel like the team switch is a HUGE deal... he is now in a club where he can win a premiership before retirement so i see him lifting to another level from last season and scoring plenty of tries at the end of an amazing backline.

that’s playing for the toothless Dogs though, in best backline in NRL now and replacing a 43 point Fergo, I’m very confident BMoz goes over 35.

Ferguson could also run faster, jump higher and is probably more athletic. So BMoz might not be able to score those 2 metres dive to the line tries, or jump over somebody to catch and score. Not all Fergo’s tries did he just stroll over the line.

Also now that Mitchell is a bit more consistent and with a fully fit Tupou you would think the edges might be shared a little more this year?

Is the hooker variety of Katoa likely to be useful this year?

Massive disservice to Morris who is getting on now but been one of the best wingers in NRL year on year! I’ll avatar bet you he scores 13+ this year

Sharks are rumoured to be releasing Segeyaro today, now Parra might snap him up in the last minute

Thinking Mahoney might not get the minutes required if that's the case

Ferguson lead the entire league in run metres last year. I don't think Morris has that in him.

I'm confident in betting he will improve on his priced average of 25. Beat it by enough to make him worthwhile as a fantasy pick? Not as confident
