Parra need to sign a reserve hooker now that Kaysa Pritchard has been granted indefinite leave.

Odds are high they will sign *somebody*.

If you believed Brad Arthur wanted Mahoney as an 80 minute hooker with Pritchard and Will Smith around, do you think that will change if Pritchard gets replaced with someone else?
Obviously if that someone else was Issac Luke then he would have got a run. Maybe Segeyaro will.
If its McIlwrick then I don't see how your initial opinion of Mahoney should change.

Ferguson could also run faster, jump higher and is probably more athletic. So BMoz might not be able to score those 2 metres dive to the line tries, or jump over somebody to catch and score. Not all Fergo’s tries did he just stroll over the line.

Also now that Mitchell is a bit more consistent and with a fully fit Tupou you would think the edges might be shared a little more this year?

Left edge is going to be Bmoz, Mitchell, Keary, Cordner
Right edge is going to be Tupou, Manu, Cronk, Crichton

Both are pretty potent with Manu's improvement to end the year and the signing of Crichton

That is a rough gig for Segeyaro... :/

Tupou will be on left, I think, BMoz on right. Both sides should score a load of tries.

They have no weak spots... What are their middle forwards like now?

Depth is a bit lacking but have JWH, Tauk, Liu, Radley, Tetevano as high quality options. Outside of that youngsters like Collins, Butcher, Faamausili, Tupouniua. Few injuries will be a real test

That is still a very solid middle... Would have to lose 2 or more to have any impact

I reckon Segeyaro will still sign with the Sharks, once their cap situation is sorted.

Jayden probably needs to play bigger mins until he is available though, although I have no idea what to expect out of Blake Brailey.

There was an article saying B. Morris & Tupou had swapped edges & Morris has been training on the left.

Ah, ok thanks. Don't know if that means anything for BMoz's scoring... should still get plenty of tries, maybe a few less on the left because Latrell will run more in himself.

Unsure what the "curveball" comment relates to..

Dogs team news: forward pack will be Napa, Lichaa, Tolman, RFM, Jackson, Elliott, (INT: Sue, Fualalo, CHN, JMK). Lewis will guide the team, Foran in a running 5/8 role, Martin misses out. Possible curve ball in back 5 though... #NRL #NRLFantasy

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, although I wouldn't say that is a curveball, haha.

Montoya at right centre isn't too far off base price at 287k, doesn't have much history at centre though, and probably not the best job security. Not really on my radar but will be interesting to see how he goes for points.

    https://www.theage.com.au/sport/nrl/storm-lose-another-young-gun-as-kenny-bromwich-prepares-for-new-role-20190310-p51349.html

Kenny Bromwich will play second row.

Also mentions that Tino Faasuamaleaui was expected to be in the 17 but he rolled his ankle. He is a future gun, same age as Dave Fifita.

There were wraps on Morgan Harper earlier in the year as a possible cheapie, word kind of died down.

Strange that meaney hasn't had as much hype around him anymore.
