I can only see him getting 35 minutes with the pack they are running and Tyrone peachey will also steal 20 minutes at lock when brimson gets put on.
I'll be interested to see that rotation, Peachy could be interesting if getting time at lock and allowed to roam

Was thinking about this last night. Some proven Guns firing early, but a few popular risky/unknown players scoring tries is part of it as well.
Footy has been decent as well. A bit of wet weather slogging. Not sure on penalty counts but obviously a lot less then last year; but not sure about years before that.
Genuinely shocked at some of the scores. I'm expecting to hit 900 but there's a good chunk of players on here already past that with 2 games to play... I have about an extra 41 points I could have had on my bench (144 in emg) but I'm guessing that's the same for everyone.

Currently on 721 with Cleary, Arrow, Edwards and CNK to go. Was super happy with that until I seen everyone else posting their scores on here.

Could be a correlation between wayyy less penalties and higher scores as they have less time mucking about.
Also there’s been less penalty goals haven’t there been?

Bunty Afoa has peaked my interest. With Gavet's departure it looks like he has a starting role (50 mins). When playing big minutes his scores are pretty solid. He is reasonably cheap and had a good rd 1 score. Can anyone tell me why trading in Afoa would be a bad decision? Does the return of Ipap affect his role?

I think so. He moves burr to the bench and burr will take some middle minutes. I also think they are easing LAM into the system, similar to chrichton.

Gagai is probably a better winger at this point. Always average at club level at centre, put him on the wing in Origin he's the best player on field.
Besides Wayne has come out and said he shifted GI to the right to accomodate Burns. Unless he has a super shit run of form, there's nothing to say the spot isn't his.

Mentioned this a few days ago after listening to the FF podcast.
Bunty's scores in the first half of last year were high 40s due to getting good minutes. His PPM is pretty decent
If you look at the rest of the season though, his minutes and scores dropped away.
He's clearly capable but he's still young so maybe they rested him a bit more at the back end of 2018. Does that happen again this year?
Is he really going to make you much cash in the interim anyway?
Also there's every chance his minutes decrease and LAM's increase.
Either way, he's not going to be making enough money to bring in for cash purposes and he's not going to be one of the elite FRFs you want at year's end.
I don't think he's worth a trade.
EDIT: Graph of his points vs minutes from last year:

I’ve got 6 as well and 655. I reckon that’s around par. Although Brown and Moses together could go either way for your score.Mighty Fishes wrote:I’m behind everyone 654 with Arrow, D Brown, Moses, Sivo, D Edwards and Mahoney to go

Burns really surprised me. I didn't grab him because I didn't think he was anything special but he was as solid as they come in a fantasy centre. Definitely on my radar to replace Garrick with.

Thanks for the quick reply Assasin and Filth. +1
LAM got 46 mins, isn't that close to max minutes in the Warriors prop rotation?

Have just seen Panthers 18 and 19th players, Malakai Watene-Zelezniak and Tim Grant are playing reserve grade today so Panthers will be 1-17.
