Why? Everyone else is just above average or over the hill. Who are the Warriors gun forwards? Mobile ones? Mannering’s gone. Gavet’s gone. Ah Mau isn’t exactly Artie Beetson. Tevega got a Dally M last year for best utility. I think he’s the only forward that looked like getting anything. He averages 37 tackles a game and 85 metres....off the bench. I’ve watched most of his first grade games. He looks a natural lock. He wants the spot. He’ll get it sooner rather than later I think. I’m not talking fantasy, although I have him, but just as a footy player. His scores will convert to fantasy though when he gets the minutes. I think he’ll eventually get 60 - 70 minutes. He’s one injury away. This is worth a read, for those that haven’t.

What are you predicting burns and bird to be priced at next week? If Holland fails today I'll have no problem trading him and any one of Garrick Sivo Ravalawa or Kahu to those 2, but I'll be close to being able to do Kahu and one of those cheapies depending on final price changes.

    Burns - about 410k
    Bird - about 391k

Yes he came on for Sipley. According to the Fantasy position designations, Manly had 0 front rowers on the bench.

Harris is the Warriors' best forward. You seem to have forgotten about him. Tevaga is good though.

It’s gonna be a long year, but things will get better with Turbo and Walker back. That backline is just above park level. On a positive note, Fainu, Sipley and Waddell look good. Taupau was awesome in a beaten side. Elgey doesn’t excite me. You need a 5/8. 14th imo.
I didn’t see much of the game as I was at work.
I’d like to see Koroisau given a run at 5/8, with Fainu at hooker, or vice versa.
The back 5 are terrible so why not give a young bloke like Hopoate and/or Tevita Funa a go.
I’m not sure that Walker will be back anytime soon.
Perhaps if they get Aitken from the Dragons it will improve a bit.

What's the situation with JDB's pay with relation to the salary cap?

Hoffman and Takarangi the centre pairing for Parra. Making me think I should keep Holland!

Anybody think Oates could be worth a gamble under Siebold? Broncos definitely like going down that way on attack. He's got some rubbish low scores but looking at George Jennings under Siebold, he went okay but without Oates' ceiling

I commented this basically straight after he scored on Friday, but on reflection Bird is probably just a better option as he is about 250k cheaper (Bird around 391k next week, Oates around 646k next week) as with the left edge being dominant he is still going to get the majority of the TAs as it's usually based on last pass

With Oates being at that price Teddy is only like 60k more after another price drop if you don't have him
