Here are the players who have the most money to make, if they maintain their current average.

Obviously some of these guys have outlier high scores that make them unlikely to maintain their current average (not Aubbs though, he is the real deal)

You guys think he's got himself a reasonable role at Manly now? or is it very much injury dependent at this stage?

I think he'll get enough playtime to be worth it, great up and coming player.

I really hope Jake Friend can make that extra 580k. Will be handy.

Fkn Bird. I might have to swallow my pride and bring him in. Clearly the stats guys have him in their fantasy teams....

Holland is just trash. The Dogs surely can't be that shit all year but Rhyse Martin has to be a part of this side sooner or later and when he comes back, there goes the extra 2-4 points Holland get anyway.

Fair thee be warned though I traded Napa out after Round 1 to Lawrie so what does Big Papi do? Score his first try in years and crack 60+

Trading out Holland, I have no doubt he'll score a double.

He just looked a good footy player hey.

Its tough to see how he gets consistent minutes with the starting pack being AFB, Taupau & Jake T. He might find himself being the 'next in line' guy after those three though, if the other boppers just get short stints. Des hasn't really shown any faith in anyone else yet.

What minutes do AFB and Taupau get, that is the question. AFB 60 in round 1, and Taupau 55 on the weekend... say they both play 50, thats 100mins of the 160 in the middle already used up. Can Waddell get 35 to 40 of the remaining 60 .. ? Sipley got 4 minutes in round 1.. so maybe. Does Paseka come into the team?

AFB to come back in and Manly just signed a prop from the Titans. Waddell looked good but like most other cheapies minutes will be an issue

Wait why do a fair few people here not have Jack Bird?

His scores so far have exceeded even the best expectations but did people think he was a trap or something? Had been poor for the Broncos last year but as solid a cash cow option as any available given his job security.

I think he can go better than that.

Nobody has ever averaged 100 points a game all season. Friend is going to be the first.

I'm kind of tempted to roll the dice and keep him. If he gets another 25 odd he only loses 13K or something. BUt yeah, Martin surely gets a gig and there goes his 2 points from his goal kick.

He was trash last year and us that don't have him were seeing if round 1 was a fluke.

@sydneyroosters winger Brett Morris confirms he’ll miss at least a few weeks after injuring his MCL on the Brookvale Oval turf.

Yep - kind of like how Host was trash last year and we thought it would be worth having a second look before burning a trade on him.

I think TLT will throw up some changes in a few teams this week through injury/form

Cowboys - Tolo injury (Jensen onto the bench, McGuire Lock, Hess/Cooper starting.
Raiders - Tapine broken thumb. Some changes here
Sharks - Feki left the field with a knee problem. Xerri in?
Storm - Bellyache said Stimson is on track for a return this week. Bench or starter, who knows?
Dragons - Time to throw a spanner in the works? Sims back, Merrin in talks apparently, 0-2
Rabbitohs - One of the Burgess boys is back
Titans - 0-2 with a couple lacklustre performances, possible positional changes maybe?
Manly - 0-2 with a backline that would struggle against an U9's team. Funa? Hopo? AFB, Peseka and Turbo listed as Round 3 returns
Roosters - Timeline on Cronk and Friend?
Eels - Sivo? Hasn't offered much and Jennings is lurking. Plus Leilusiao killed it on the weekend.
Bulldogs - HAS to be changes here. Can't keep your best forward in reggies for this long. Martin also scored two tries on the weekend. Montoya is a ghost on defence and JMK/Lichaa are spuds. Robson a possible signing?
Warriors - Not sure if they looked better with or without Ipap. They definitely looked better without Luke.
Tigers - Nofo listed as Round 3.

Sorry if any of this has been mentioned.

It's so damn annoying I'm 6K off a straight swap to Bird.

With Morris out and probably Rava possibly getting dropped, along with Sivo even, looks like Holland might have to stay haha.

Who do you trade Holland out for. Stimson, Xerri, Moga, Wadell. Anyone else????. Also is a Edwards to Teddy trade necessary this week or let do you let Teddy bleed a little more cash. Cheers.

Like others have said we were waiting and seeing. Also last week my tradeins were Lawrie and Burns so I made just as much cash as I would have with Bird. I also prioritized Burns over Bird so I could play him at WFB. But he looks the real deal so unless Morgan is out injured my only real trade out are Capewell or Edwards.

    a) Capewell -> Bird
    b) Edwards -> Bird (play Kahu)
    c) hold

The key difference with Bird was injury. Watching him last year he looked weak. I didn't have him from the start purely from that. After watching the first game though my fears were abated.. However, didn't expect him to score another 50 lol he sat in my Emg lol
