    Trades This Weeks -
    Holland -> Katoa
Kahu -> Garrick/Waddel/Okunbor/Sivo - Really unsure who to pick out of the four, each have there reasons not to pick them.
    Rate the Trades.
Looking to get Teddy in next week for Edwards.
    Cheers Lads.

I'd be looking to get a more reliable option than Katoa personally. I love it when a POD choice fires but it's risky.

Get Kahu out then perhaps you can shift Burns to WFB, Nikora to CTR and bring in whoever is good you can afford.

I hate having to make a choice between the two and I reckon I'll get it wrong most times.

So why be satisfied in getting it wrong every time.

Playing Lomax would be the smart move which means Mary won't do it.

    Keighran v Brown Roulette

Some have been lucky to nail it both times, some have not. I have been playing the roulette and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future (until I can upgrade to a Gun Half AND once the best Gun Half option emerges).

Looking at what has happened in two rounds, it has come down to getting attacking stats (whoever got a try scored best). Not rocket science I know.

    So, this weekend....
Keighran: in Christchurch, where the Warriors will be hugely up for this game, v Manly who have leaked 20 (Tigers) and 26 (Roosters) points and not looked great.
Brown: home, but to the Roosters. Roosters have let in 26 (Rabbits) and 18 (Manly).

Not a great difference I agree but I would back the Roosters to keep the Eels to a lower score than Manly with the Warriors in Chch. Also, Keighran is kicking goals.

TLDR: Keighran over Brown this week (and next week as the Warriors are at home to the Titans while Brown has Sharks).

Shameless plug for the community who is 2 for 2 on half roulette this season. We will be playing the same game every week for a while as well. If you ever want to get the communities feel just check out the vote. This rounds is at https://www.nrlfantasyfanatics.com/t928-round-3-team-makeup-vote-for-our-halves.

I think the sensible thing is to take Keighran but sense is thrown out the window when it comes to fantasy.

The Roosters probably have Cronk and Friend back. They had neither of them last week and they led 22-0 over Manly at half-time. I think it'd be a lot tougher for Brown to register attacking stats against a team that is leagues ahead of the Bulldogs.

Manly do get a big boost at fullback with Tommy Turbo but is that going to turn them around in one week? I'll back Keighran in for the week. It's a good test of a young player to see how they bounce back from a bad game.

Despite upgrading my HLF's I'm still having to run this roulette because my only other viable scorer to put on my interchange is probably Host and that 14 could be closer to his average than that 40. Ravalawa and Sivo are no-goes for me.

    McCullough
    Fifita Tolman
    Murray Arrow Gillett
    Keighran Morgan
    Nikora Capewell
    Burns Cnk Edwards

    Mahoney Lane Lawrie Garner

    Brown Ravalawa Host Sivo

    Bank $329

Hi lads, had a great start for a change, only for the halves roullette, 1 week right 1 week wrong, I'm currently 332 overall and would have been 35 points better off but that's the gamble with the current set up of my team.
A question for me is, should I still be thinking of bringing bird in, should have got him last week but went with Host. The obvious players on the chopping block are Edwards, Capewell, Gillett, and Host but all have reasonable reasons to stay and save a trade.
Gillett/ Capewell to Bird would be pretty straight forward. Is it a worthwhile trade or should I save, Bird down the left looks a great combination and there looks like good money to be made.
    Any other thoughts maybe?

    Cheers for your expertise lads

Less than 45 this week from Gillett and it will be tempting to flip him for Surgess, or potentially a gun half. Have 190k in the bank and it'll be a while before Rava, Garrick, Sivo etc make enough to be particularly useful

Tough, still reckon when Lodge gets back and pack at full strength he will go back to the edge and play 80

Am I making a mistake here?

Trying to trade Edwards and Holland. I have Nikora at centre and Garner into 2RF - so that leaves two bench spots. It will only allow me to pick up CTR and WFB. Shouldnt I be able to pick anybody since it's for my bench spots?

just use the sub buttons to move bench players into those positions on trade screen and should be good then
