I need Twal to score 45 or less to be able to do a straight swap from Gillett.

Decent minutes didn't prevent spud scores last season so I'm unsure worth the risk

Welcome Nice team with nice depth & I hope you captained McInnes. Even if you didn't his score will still gain you ground. You could downgrade Holland to Xerri & upgrade Morgan maybe if you want to use 2 trades. I like your Tedesco/Crichton idea but if they score low this week then I would hold off while their price is dropping.

Had the (C) on fifita unfortunately but can't complain Beer. Will have to wait for tonights kick off to see if xerri is named, fingers crossed otherwise might have to cop another 20 from Holland and hope a better option comes up next week. Possible late shower in Sydney today, hopefully that restricts teddy from going massive against the eels Laugh 3

Gillett hasn't bust a single tackle this year. Back when fit he'd average 2+ a game. Maybe moving back to edge might help with that.
He just needs to get some attacking stats.

Or maybe is rubbish and they should play him in reserve grade. I'd love to listen to milfy during a broncos game if they do this.

They have to bank on flashy passes and lucky line breaks to close it out. If they had a solid half to calm the troop down and set the plays it would work wonders for them. Imagine if you’re a forward or an outside back and you are evens or down by 2 with 10 minutes left and you see niko and Milford dancing around the field like ballerinas you’d be in shambles as well.

I watched the pre season game against the titans and O’Sullivan looked the goods. He needs to get a run. Had a good pre season by all reports too.

Nikorima isn't the answer and never has been. We have two halves who are similar players. If Milford had a half next to him who can control the tempo of the game and just be an all-round solid halfback who isn't all about the flashy stuff (Cronk for example), it would allow Milf to play his proper game instead of trying to be that type of player himself, something he is not.

I am hoping O'Sullivan can be that guy, THIS YEAR.

Pretty sure he was on fuck all points in the first 20 mins as well.

    He'll score 58 i reckon

Tbh I was at game, so may have missed that. But Tapine did go off early so you’re probably right. As long as he performs better than Tapine then I’ll be happy

Current late mail has John Morris expecting Feki, Moylan to both be fit (still wouldn't be surprised to see Xerri play)

I actually don't know myself. I didn't see much of the game.

I remember Bateman started pretty slowly scoring wise, and Tapine went off after 20. I just assumed bateman moved straight to edge when that happened, but I dont know for sure.

Tbf to Gillett, he's just come back from essentially a year off playing, then walking into an 80min lock role. Big ask tbh. Only Jurbo is playing those minutes and his team isn't even competitive atm

It's the same with guys like SJ. Nikorima should play a Hooking role. Perhaps start off the bench, Macca goes to lock, rotate the big middles frequently for max impact. Kodi in the ruck for scoots etc. He's talented enough. Just can't see that halves pairing being a winner

There is a temp fix if you need it. Appears to be date related based on the time on your PC. Changing the date to a week ago should temporarily resolve the issue.

Could work but his defence is the worst thing about his game so he wouldn't be able to play long periods there or his attacking game would suffer.

Macca isn't offering a whole lot either haha Would have been cool to see Widdop go to the Broncs. He's quality.

Have had him in my squad since last week. Playing lock essentially. Scoring better there than he does at hooker. Still gets a decent tackle count, but is running the ball too. Just needs a few nice attacking stats in 40 minutes a game to explode, on top of his nice base.

Week 1 he looked awesome. Wondering if he is playing injured as the team needs him with so many others out.
