I just did. Leaves me with two too many Titans for how they've been playing (Rein and Carty), but at least they should still do some defending.

I also have RTS, so if the Titans fail, hopefully RTS carves up. Either way I win. (that's how fantasy works, right?)

Went for Edwards instead of him, but injuries are looking like I'm going to have to shift Burns on, so looking for an option.

Can do a straight swap to Teddy, but not sure if I want to drop the entire war chest on Teddy against the Broncs (considering that as my Arrow fund when I dropped him for Bateman).

Having to play guys like Burr and Garner may need me to double trade a couple of starters in, hence the cheaper Burns replacement.

I would go with CNK. Don't expect 70s but he should week out a consistent 35 avg rest of season. That and he will rise by as much if not more than Tedesco.

Just a thought anyone considering doing Morgan to Ponga if ponga kills it as FB (Which is almost certain) in the coming 1-2 weeks.

I was set on keeping morgan the whole year as a keeper half. do people not think he will average 50?

    What happened with Garner?

He got injured in the 10th minute with 8 points to his name. Then they injected him with some fantasy God serum. He got back on in the 57th minute, scored a try within 10 mins on the field, tackled the crap out of the Bulldogs, broke a few tackles, and saved the day. 32 minutes 47 points... nuff said

Cartwright buyers not concerned about his 28 from 62mins or 21 from 59mins in the first 2 rounds?

He's certainly not producing 4 offloads each week. Or a forced drop out and probably rarely goes error free. 52 is great for his price but seems inflated.

edit: Just realised all this Carty talk is an April fools

I'm looking at getting Ponga in my HLF next week but not removing Morgan, instead Keighran and ending the HLF roulette. Keeping Whitehead for one more week but getting rid as soon as lockout ends (23 in 80 mins is disgusting) and doing Whitehead + Keighran to Ponga + Haas/Xerri (should Haas gain his spot once his suspension ends)

I'm thinking of getting him in. Parr of me is thinking last year's James Maloney, part of me is thinking last year's Bryce Cartwright.

I am tempted by another thread, Maloney got one last year and if Cartwright gets named on the edge again I might have to make another.

Cartwright at his fantasy best was always a 30 then 70 scorer. Hard to watch, but can't argue with his price IF he's properly back.

    Lane - Teddy
    Burns - Carty

I'll get Xerri and Bateman next week. Leaves me with 65k ITB.

Surely if you're getting Bateman sooner is better

He could easily go 50 above his BE (which is 10)

Looked strong at the end of the game this week.
Finished much stronger than he started. I actually thought he did a really good job.

I'm not sure why they'd need to rest him.
I did buy him last week though...

Cartwright is built for fantasy, anyone that can break 6 tackles while missing 6 and still score 50+ is the man you want in your team
Only thing stopping him from going big this week is measles
