Better off the bench, guy is an absolute plodder who has a few decent games a year! There are 15/20 props I’d take over him easysajjos wrote:On the Cartwright talk- Are people expecting S. Boyd to be dropped to the bench permanently? Boyd's attitude was questioned and he played much better.
I personally think Titans looked better with Boyd playing off the bench but I dont see their marquee player sitting on the pine too long.

This is good news. Maybe Gillett goes back to being 80 minute. I also see Gillett going into the middle for TPJ at some point. I’ll be happy with his 45 this week, then he can go
Great news for our team if Gillet is back on an edge.
Hard to guess what Siebold does with rotations, its been different every week so far.

Depressing given the state our teams, to consider that this team below right now is fit, and most of them just about bottomed out too...
Smith (Cook)
Fifita Taupau (Twal)
JTurbo Crichton Burgess
DCE Cleary (ARey)
Bateman Nikora
Tommy Teddy Ponga (RTS)
Yet here I sit deciding between fkn Mahoney or Gillett or 5 other shitbags
I own TWO players from the above. How many you got?
Overrated this mid range cow game. Back to guns and cows next year.
Yeah mate she is a long game where patience will be tested to the max !
Guns cows indeed, but preseason it was so so tempting to try another angle.
I only have 4 of those, i started with Bateman though, was keen there.
How come there is a little anti-Arrow feel this week ? The one score ?

I’m hoping it’s was down to firstly Haas going astray in preseason, TPJs dodgy hammy, then Lodge getting his suspension in him using Gillett at lock! TPJs hammy also another reason why I’m reluctant to let go of Gillett just yet...my tv broke wrote:

Yeah plenty in the mix to keep Siebold switching things up.
As a TPJ owner, I hope his hammy's are good. Pushed out 71 minutes last week and despite a couple of bad defensive reads, I thought he handled the minutes pretty well. People were bagging his game but he still put up 175m and 30 tackles.

He needs to get smarter, Teams used to do it to TLolo all the time when he first arrived on the scene, run in his vicinity all day and tire him out, then the silly line shoot outs happen! He will get there kid is a fucking monster but he needs to understand he doesn’t always need to be the enforcer, he’s much better than just a pure wrecking ball

Had to have been something wrong with him. He didn't look right out there. Missed 6 tackles which is unheard of for him.
Speaking of Titans, did Fotuaika get dropped? Didn't play last week.

But unless there is a confirmed injury... i noted when he tackled Campbell Graham after CG had diffused a bomb, that he looked hurt there.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 26
Summary of this weeks events:
Macca & Mahoney owners punt him for Rein
People who have run without a hook back up (yours truely) will punt his plodder Glasby for Rein
Chrichton is getting close to bottoming out
Bateman, Teddy, Ponga ... None of these are getting any cheaper. You should only be choosing between 2 of these because you already have 1. If you don't you're going about as well as Tyrone Phillips.

He looked hurt, yeah. It would help my decision making if he is busted up - I hope he isnt though!

Oh, yeah, I guess my point was, that I'm not too worried about Arrow for now. Hopefully whatever caused him to struggle last week was just a one off thing. Will re-assess if he has another poor game. It would be nice to hear that he just had the flu or something.. haha
Titans haven't yet given an update on Peat's either, although they were travelling to NZ yesterday.

I think Fotuaika was either injured or made 18th man as he never played ISP cup.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 26
Arrow has 2 potential issues. 1 is injury, we saw him playing injured the back half of last year and impacted him significantly. The 2nd is minutes, with James back in the middle rotation this week, the opportunity for big minutes is much less.
This week we saw:
Arrow 57
James 63
Wallace 46
Boyd 34
Hipgrave 22
King 13
Proctor 80
Carty 80
If he has any sort of injury that he can needle to get on the field, I would expect 57 minutes is about his max with this line up. Boyd will always get 30-40 minutes, James 60-80, Wallace 45-60 and the 2 other bench middles both had limited minutes, but will get on the park each week.

Not really concerned with how they lined up in week 3, as it will be different again in week 4 or 5.

I just cant look at Arrow as an immediate worry, no way. To many other patches require attention.
