More seriously, it looks like they have added in -1 for a missed penalty (but not a missed conversion)
No idea how or why it happened

Flair is not reliable lol he looked great but that was against a pretty average Titans outfit. If Titans played like they did vs Rabbits it would've been very different.

It's a wait and see, we only have one game to go of.Milchy wrote:
How is CHT's score on the weekend any different to Keighran's big score first up.
Convince me that it was
a) a fluke
b) sustainable
I'll have CHT in the L-hole this week for that reason

Leaves me $300k to trade up to Ponga Bateman or Tedesco next week.
Who will you trade out next week? Can it be done this week as ideally Ponga and Okunbur should come in now.

Just had a look at the goal scoring, and its been going on all season.
Missed penalty goals are causing negative points.
Ponga dudded 2 points in round 2
ARey dudded 2 points in round 3 and 4 points in round 4

Hey all, sitting at 359 overall - pretty happy with that so far.
Which gun would you rather bring in this week, Crichton or Ponga?
Also, Xerri ok to bring in as a cow?
Thanks.

CHT might not be much better than Keighran but way I see it Brown is out for the foreseeable future, there's no benefit to keeping him. CHT can make some decent cash in the next few weeks coasting off that score and you'd have to think Kearney isn't going to just do another 3 weeks and out if they're not going well.
It's a trade I wouldn't think twice about.

Im cautious of both Crichton and Ponga.
Not sure why Trent so hesitant on starting him but the risk of him starting from the bench on game day deters me from getting him
Need to know for sure Ponga keeps his #1 spot when Watson comes back. Brown might play silly buggers and have both of them share the FB spot which won't surprise me the slightest.
I've gone with Moses and Teddy this week. Moses paired with a rookie half should rack in heaps of points on kicking alone. Teddy is teddy. Goes hard in dry, bit hesitant on wet tracks.

Do you think 5 TBs and a Line break will be standard for CHT?
CHTs first game contained more attacking points than Keighran in round 1. Fine if he keeps it up week to week. Do you trust the Warriors to be that consistent?
No. Warriors always carve up the Titans. Or SJ always carves up the Titans normally.

Keighran + Brown OUT > Wighton + Okunbur
For context I'm playing Rava and Edwards in my WFB so need to fix that up. Getting Ponga or Tedesco means giving up Macca but I've got 4 injured players atm. I'm really fucked
Not sold on Wighton. If you dont have Xerri try him + king Gutho?

After Ponga's involvement yesterday, I really don't think the coach will play silly buggers again with Ponga. They need to start winning.

I don't know if Crichton is really a definite upgrade at this point. Needed a try to go over 50 points and there's a wealth of quality options in the 2RF, WFB not as much. I'd get Ponga in.
Xerri has a short term run in the side pending further injuries, that's why I got him last week to make the most out of him. He should have about another 4 weeks though because Moylan's hammy is going to keep him out a while according to Gal on the Sunday Footy Show. Between dodgy hamstrings and Dugan being Dugan, there's every chance that Xerri gets more game-time than expected.

@Rapture_NRL Wighton looks decent but I'd go Rapana if it's for the WFB spot.

Rapana was my 2018 Edwards and spilled cash everywhere. If he goes back to gun level then sure, but I need consistency.. I will look at this though, cheers

I don't mind the concept, but they should at least include it in the rules of the gameMilchy wrote:

The concept seems stupid to me. If you got held up when scoring a try, do they get negatives? Silly rule.

Logic is probably along the lines of:
- A penalty is in general play and if they miss the ball is generally kicked out on the full. Kicking out on the full is an error so it gets the -2
- A conversion attempt is outside general play and is a bonus game of sorts. It either goes in or is just a missed conversion. No error
Not saying I agree with that logic or whether that's what is even happening. This is the only rational thought i can come up with on the subject. Know SC has a -1 for missed conversions but I've never though that was part of this game.
