Yeah lack of job security for Haas, if you didn't have him this week, no point getting him in for 1 week as a starter

Haas is a gun. Broncos need him playing and decent mins too. Straight in next week. As I said previously, well played to those that went early tonight.

I reckon he's going to make 2 tries and score 90.
Oates to score 2 as well, and broncos by 20.
I'm either going to be a genius or a complete moron.
Just catching up on the thread. Really hoping you didn't captain him

Yep, well done to those brave enough. I had a fleeting look, but that's all it was unfortunately.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 31
There are going to be some gun teams really early this season, may just keep trading until I have one, or could get left behind. So many great value players available Nikora, Haas, Garner, CNK, Xerri, Burns, Rein, Mahoney, Lawrie, Moses, Murray, Bateman, CHT, Carty can still come right easily.
1,000 will be the target score in another 3-4 rounds.

Probably should take it a bit easy mate with all talk hey. If Haas didn't save you, you would have had some serious egg on your face with Stagg.

Problem with Haas now is his monster score will make people instantly trade him in! That's fair enough on that effort but his mian points/$$$ making might only last another week, reckon some big changes are due and who knows what happens
It's more likely he gets a big role after that game but be wary
For just under 300k next week I'll take the risk. Broncos minutes are all over the place and this could bite me but I'd hope he is good for Lawrie-esque scores as a floor with 35 minutes. Worst case is he takes the Flegler role for a touch under 30 minutes which would have him at 30 points most weeks hopefully.
Macca (likely for Ponga), Gillett (for Hass) and Bird (about to peak) all getting out of my team in the coming weeks. Bird will likely be the one spared next week and hope he goes big but he'll drop his 3rd try in 3 weeks is more than likely

Staggs is still a good buy I think, just not so urgent now.

My Lawrie back up with starting FR potential in that current role! Hoping he settles into a 50+ minute role full time

Looked at trading both this week myself. Ended up deciding there is still money in both. Know you're aware Chewie but a reminder to all that if there is still cash to make in players and that not all cows can be picked, sometimes you just need to wait for them to properly peak. Dropping players with a little bit of money more to make for potentially faster money makers isn't always the best move. Especially if they have the possibility of scoring tries (like Garner) which can boost them significantly.
Thanks Kiwi. I got Twal in for him, so no skin of my nose there. I was willing to take the punt, trading out Capewell was probably the better option but...happy with the result so far, in the long run Twal will probably end up a FRF top 4 player

Im pretty confident he will be. Ofa has been bad. Haas wasnt signed to a long term deal for nothin. I know people had their reservations about him, but tonight was round 1 for him on the back of no match fitness. Quite impressive.

People going on about finding room for Lawrie and Haas in their team and they are my starting FRF............Lucky for some I guess haha
777k total spend in the FRF is like an anti vaxxer hanging out in sydney international airport risky
Need to sort that out soon but for now just going to hang out with Carty

Haha no, i was so so so close. I really believed. He started so strong too.
Did trade in Haas though. So cant complain too much. Still stuck with Offa though, think Haas deserves the lock spot, move Offa to bench, start TPJ and lodge. Lodge was probably the worst forward tonight though.
