I am kind of astounded people are considering trading Arrow. Averages over 50 and he scored 46 this week. Hardly a disaster.

I think people forget that 80 one week and 40 another still equals a 2-week average of 60.

Everyone doing so well makes trading very tough this week.
Feel like heading to MTBs site and counting my winnings.

Monster scores this week, 878, (c) Cook, Garner to play. Losing ranks fast.
Been postponing the Ponga train and need to get on that action ASAP.
Going Gillet (even though he did well this week) to Ponga as I need to fix my WFB (sick of Sivo/Rava roulette).
Also would like to grab Cherry Pie for some cash generation...which one would you punt for him: Sivo / Rava / Okunbor?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Kinda hilarious that I'm disappointed with a 61 score from Captain Cook because all my other captainable options outscored him bar Tedesco (Fifita 71, Bateman 80, Nikora 68, Ponga 71)

I would sell Ravalawa because Sivo & Okunbor play round 12. To me all 3 are just as bad as eachother but the 2 round 12 players have the edge.

People chatting about Whitbread and possibility of Lomax next week, but do chaps have their eye on Tupouniua too? Why did he play this week? Few beers in and can't think deeply enough, but was anyone out in the Roosters pack to give this guy a start, or is he someone who should get a decent go every week, based on his strong debut?
I really want Cleary, but if I can't afford him and two of these above three guys look like valid options, I might just take the opportunity to dump Garrick and Sivo for fresh meat.
I really want Cleary, just can't see how it'll be possible...

Cheers WL,
Rava it is. Round 12 nufties are better than non-scorers.

Trading in James this week was very costly.... Should've went with the pack and grabbed Twal.

Taukeiaho was a late withdrawal

Oh yeah, that's right. Had him in the auto-fill team, of course. Lol, okay, so Tupouniua never plays again then, I guess? Taukeiaho thing was only minor, wasn't it?

I will choose Whitbread because he can attend Carty Parties whenever he chooses.

he was a phucking gun that guy.
He is so skinny too, i thought how the hell is this guy a forward. His tackling was pretty wreckless tbh, looks like he waanted to get K.O'd.
But he was slippery as an eel. Good young player.

Definitely. Played a massive part in their win with his late efforts too. Probably struggles to get another start in that team, though. It'd be a big call to take a punt on him unless there was a long term injury.

ugh, feels like i'm one week behind everyone else all the time, was patting my back for banking a trade back in round 2, but i'm pretty sure it was my biggest mistake for the year, keep being forced into situation where i need to pick one player to get this week and one player to get the week after and i make the wrong choice every time.
in closing: my fantasy team sucks, my actual team sucks and I suck for caring about it all.

Who cares. I have this years team to deal with.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 36
Theoreritically if you were to shore up your halves with a keeper and could afford anyone other than DCE, do you go:
1) ARey - round 12, scoring solidly but not amazingly and made of glass.
2) SJ - finding his feet with the Sharks, not kicking goals for some reason (injury questions).
3) Munster - involved in everything and can score in all categories. Storm have an easy run. State of Origin cert.
4) Ponga - At a discount and huge scores, but could be a waste to play at half. Origin cert.
5) Cleary - Slight discount, former gun but probable Origin, Maloney takes half his scoring opportunities and Penrith suck.
Leaning towards Munster but the Ponga FOMO is strong.
*edit* Actually, I could afford DCE if I went Rava to Lomax instead of Xerri as initially planned. So suppose the supplementary question is DCE & Lomax (bench cow) or Munster/Ponga/SJ/ARey/Cleary & Xerri (bench cow).
