Yeah I thought that might have been the only reason.  Don't see Mary dropping anyone just for that.

Picking James over Cleary this week could not have gone worse. Trade wasted and given the other players involved it’s cost me about 80 points.

841 C, Garner and Mahoney to go so should crack 900 but rank dropping this week I’d say sadly

I’ve had no luck at all with injuries this season so fingers crossed that turns. Not sure on trades this week so will be on here for some help for sure!

    Congrats mate!  cheer

Yeah no good about those Knights.  Sad

    The Pongarail was a success!

Yep time to invest in a gun wfb. You've got plenty of options. Capewell, AFB, Hass, Carty all good enough to play in your 17. I think you've got one hooker too many so trade one of them to Ponga

Yeah brown is a good bloke but the lack of effort first half was criminal. We’ve actually had a good draw and some luck with who opposition have been missing when they’ve played us but after thinking we were unlucky to lose to the dragons and panthers I can’t say any bad luck was involved yesterday. Just embarrassing really.

Was disappointed to miss riding it with you mate but there was plenty of fist pumping when I watched it last night

The first thing I notice is the amount of money tied up in the players in your emg's. I wouldn't sell Capewell or Haas but if you want to address your wfb issue imo you have to consider selling 1 of AFB or Carty or both. You could also consider selling Macca.

The way Lafai choked on those 2 gk's might open the door for Lomax starting & taking over the gk.

Congrats on the new home & your b'day bro. That injury to James was just very unlucky. Ironically if he had of stayed in the middle instead of playing on the edge he probably would of avoided injury.

Ravalava has been terrible (yes, match winning try at weekend, but one a U 12s winger would have scored and he was awful before that). In non-fantasy world, if Lomax doesn't get a start soon then McGregor wants his head testing. (And yes, kicking is a bonus).

Cheers legend! I thought the same thing! He was scoring really well too and on for a big one IMO so very disappointing. Poor bugger if he has in fact done his ACL. I’ve had to tell some junior knights he bad news this year and it’s devastating for them. Telling the captain of the SG ball almost brought me to tears because he thought his career was over basically

You win some you lose some in this game but I’m in the red so far this season

Congrats on the new house. A shame about Ryan though. I got similarly dudded when I traded Napa in. Feel bad for him though because he was knocking on the Origin door. Looks like James to Cleary for you?

No injury. James Roberts came on for him as a straight substitution.

I think it’s justifiable speculation given that they need a reliable goalkicker and Ravalawa is so shitfully horrible Surprised

What do you guys think of Jai Whitbread?

Got 44 last night which should put his price up to 286k with a tidy negative breakeven. Also plays round 12. Might be a good sly cash cow. Only owned by 0.8% But i dont think he would be on my playing side prior to r12 so doesn't really give me a pod.

Not pretty reading for Blair. Didn't realise he was on such high money. Looks like we're stuck with him till next year too, dammit

I'll probably grab him this week. Should make some decent cash and an alright round 12 scorer
